Offering gorgeous views of the coast from the private balcony, this updated villa is a spacious paradise perfect for a family vacation or getaway with friends. The pool area is equipped with a plethora of lounge chairs as well as a place to grill up some kabobs just steps from the sand. If you don't feel like cooking outside, a full kitchen with modern appliances is available to make a homecooked meal. To rinse off the sand after a day at the beach, draw a bath in the large jetted tub and take a moment for yourself. Everyone will be able to do their own thing during the day, so come together at the end of the night and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV before falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

Palmetto Dunes is a gated community located mid-island, providing quick access to all that Hilton Head is famous for. Dining, shopping, and marina activities are a quick two-mile drive. Located within the resort are three world-class golf courses, an award-winning tennis center, a lagoon system with kayaking, canoeing, and miles of bike trails. It can be guaranteed that no one will be bored on this island!

Quiet weekend stay

We decided to take a last minute trip to get away for a few days. This condo perfectly fit our needs for 2 adults. It was nice, clean, and quiet. There were just 2 issues. Nothing big, just things we experienced. 1) Getting a parking pass from the pass office. Since we picked up the envelope at the property management office, I thought this was all we needed. We were not told in advance that we would have to get another “pass” upon arrival. When we arrived at the gate, the guard made us turn around and go back to the pass office. Also, the directions to the condo could have had a little more detail. We had never been to Hilton Head and we arrived when it was dark. Driving through the development was very confusing. Especially when we had to go back to get a pass! 2) The shower water in the primary bathroom smelled terribly like sulfur. No other faucet in the condo smelled except this one. It was quite overwhelming after a shower. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely go back.

Amazing Accommodations

There are beautiful ocean views from this unit. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and hot tub. There is large grilling area along with tables to eat your meal at. The location is convenient to everything.

Great condo, poor management

Property was great. Location, furnishings, etc were all above expectations. My issue is with management company, Vasca. I will never rent a property they are managing again. First we couldn’t get into the condo since the door code wouldn’t work. Mold was in master bath shower and upon callin

Dirty Upon Arrival

The views of the property were great. The proximity to the beach was also wonderful. But when we arrived at the unit, it had not been cleaned from the last guests. There were used towels and used sheets. The property management got one cleaning lady over quickly even though they said they were sending a “crew.” Check in was supposed to be at 4, we asked if e could check in a bit early at 3:30. The management company said that would be fine. By the time the unit was finished being cleaned it was two hours after our scheduled check in. It was just a really aggravating way to start what was supposed to be a relaxing trip.

HHI ocean view condo

Very enjoyable. Beautiful 5th floor condo with pretty ocean view. Unit is a little dated, could use some updates in bathrooms, specifically the shower. Dark mold on the caulking should be maintained and cleaned, better yet would be replacement of the shower with modern glass door units. Despite following the instructions, we could not get the TV to work, it just stayed stuck on Amazon Prime screen. No big loss though. Relatively minor issues, certainly would not prevent us from returning to the unit in the future.

Great Condo!!

We were in town visiting family and this was the perfect location! The beach was just beautiful and we spent the majority of our time there. The picture of the beach view doesn't do it justice. It was truly beautiful. The condo was clean and easy! Just a few notes...condo is located in the building to the right, they have luggage carts by the elevator which is location inside of the parking garage to bring up your belongings, there are trash chutes on each level, the king sized bed was very comfortable, pillows were decent, and the sofa bed was acceptable. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed although the pots/pans are getting a bit tired. The condo also had 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella (very much appreciated!!) We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Property

This property was exactly as advertised - clean, updated & a great location. Open floor plan made it feel roomy, and loved the balcony - even saw deer in the evening. The check-in process was extremely easy. Will definitely stay here again! The only issue was with communication. I had sent three chat messages prior to my arrival, but I never heard back. I did contact the owner via email once checked-in and they replied right away, so maybe it was something with Vacasa's portal chat feature. Bikes would also be a plus! :) I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful last-minute getaway!

My husband and I decided to celebrate my birthday by getting away for a few nights and I am so very glad we did! Beautiful and extraordinarily clean condo with an amazing view of the ocean. Sitting on the large balcony watching the water and listening to the waves hit the beach was my favorite part. The jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. I also loved how beautifully the apartment was decorated. I would love to stay here again! Thanks for such a memorable birthday weekend!

Very Nice Stay

We recently stayed for 3 nights. Check in was easy and the unit was ready as promised. It was spacious and well maintained with a great ocean view. Our only criticism is that some of the furniture/decor is a little dated but that would not stop us from returning.

Perfect for a little get away

Great place to check out the area. Long walks on the beach and road our bikes on the beach. Explored Hilton Head and Savannah. We would stay here again.

Haven in Hilton Head

This room is perfect for a stay in Hilton Head. Beginning with check-in to pick up the parking pass, everything was easy and ready to go when we arrived. The room was extremely clean, always quiet, and stocked with everything we needed. I loved the stunning ocean view from the balcony and highly suggest eating at least one meal from there and spending as much time as you can relaxing from that spot. We were lucky enough to watch lots of pelicans and even some rabbits and deer from the balcony. I love that the owners also included a few beach items, games, and plenty of extra blankets and sheets for someone like me who stays cold. If you can bring yourself to leave the room, access to the beach is very close with showers to rinse the sand off and the pool area seemed nice as well with families grilling, relaxing, and swimming. The only challenge we came across was working the TV in the living room, but that was a very minor issue. We will definitely be back to enjoy this space and another relaxing stay again.
