Shrimping boats provide hours of peaceful entertainment as dolphin frolic behind, with an occasional sea turtle or whale making a surprise appearance. (And Yes! We have binoculars!)

This is NOT your typical "condo" experience... A special key code will whisk you to the top 13th floor PENTHOUSE of the prestigious One Ocean Place where you will enjoy the entire 13th floor. The 2 elevators open to our own private foyer which leads to our palatial 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath Penthouse overlooking the stunning Ocean. There are no stairs to climb & no one next door or above you! The entire top floor of the South Tower is entirely YOURS to enjoy in exquisite Privacy.
The 4 BEDROOMS are large and spacious each with its own private, en-suite full bath, high-end sheets, comfortable bedding, soft towels, and seating areas. Each room has a large or walk-in closet and includes many hangers for your convenience. Each room has nightstands with at least 3 drawers each as well as a dresser for your personal use. We provide sheets; extra pillows; at least 2 blankets as well as coordinated, upscale towels for your stay. Each bed has an assortment of pillows ranging from soft or firm for your sleeping pleasure.
Two (2) overstuffed sofas in the living room can double as comfy twin-sized sleeping accommodations. Up to two additional (2) air mattresses (with linens) can also be provided to make this one of the most incredible values for a unique, oceanfront beach retreats on the market! Please NOTE: **air mattresses / extra linens & sofa linens must be requested at least 7 days in advance or there is no guarantee they will be available at arrival. Sofa linens are $50 per set. Air Mattress set-up + linens is $125 per mattress**
Massive Floor-to-Ceiling windows surround the living and dining area providing dramatic views of the ocean’s glorious sunrises and her beauty. The covered balconies shade the glass on sunny days (and of course, you have AC to use when the Windows & Doors are closed)
Oversized comfortable furniture and a large TV are ready for evening relaxation after every vacation day. Our fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare gourmet meals or warm up your left-overs & takeout… We should have everything you need, from dish sets & silverware to cookware & small appliances such as blender, mixer, waffle maker, toaster, slow cooker, electric griddle and more.
Our spacious bedrooms provide a quiet space for your relaxation while the shared living spaces offers plenty of room for sharing laughter and making memories.
The expansive Master Bedroom (with a comfortable king bed) has a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. The large, private balcony offers beach chairs and a bistro table where you can sip your morning coffee while enjoying spectacular views of the sunrise or watch the moonrise and the twinkling stars above each evening. There is a large “smart” TV for your viewing pleasure. You have a full Master Bath, a large walk-in closet, as well as a separate seating / reading area and a writing desk/vanity.
Two Large Bedrooms host a QUEEN bed in each. They each have en-suite private full baths with showers. A Reading nook and a TV are also included in these rooms. One room has cable and the other has a DVD. Each of these rooms are spacious and can accommodate either an air mattress for an additional fee. (These options MUST be requested at least ONE week in advance).
Our 4th bedroom has a delightful set of twin-sized beds, which can be pushed together for a King Experience, if requested a week BEFORE arrival . This space is lovingly called the “Mermaid Room” and has a desk, bookcase with games and numerous books. The TV in this room is for watching DVDs or connecting to a laptop ONLY- there is no cable in this room. It has a private entrance to a spacious full bath.
Two elevators provide exclusive access to this one-level 2800+SF penthouse. The expansive balconies offer an additional 1000SF of outdoor entertainment area with stunning views, Adirondack chairs and sun lounges.
You are provided with the following:
• (2) parking places in the private One Ocean Place parking garage (please NOTE: this is an HOA requirement and no additional passes can be granted for any reason). No golf carts are allowed on the property.
• minimum of (10) and up to (16) sets of bath towels for the duration of your stay (based on number of guests).
• (1) set of linens per bed with a cozy comforter and one extra blanket + minimum (2) pillows for beds with extra pillows in closets.
• Kitchen towels & pot holders.
**Please NOTE: Linens, towels, etc are not replaced with fresh towels and linens during the course of your stay… however, you are welcome to use the full-size washer and dryer inside the unit (laundry supplies are provided).
