-State-of-the-art kitchen featuring a smooth surface stove, stainless steel refrigerator, drip-style coffee maker, and dishwasher. Note: The water dispenser and ice maker on the refrigerator do not work.
-Wraparound deck with charcoal grill, a variety of seating for sunbathing and relaxing, and a hot tub
-Upper-level loft-style library with seating

Please note: Although pets are not permitted for guests, the owners sometimes bring their dogs, so it is not recommended for individuals with dog allergies. This home has an exterior security camera facing the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use.

Winter months (December to March) may bring icy or snowy roads; AWD/4WD is recommended, and travel insurance is suggested. Gateway Mountain does not allow parking on roadways or at gate entrances, and RVs, boat trailers, or other trailers are not permitted.
