As you look out to the ocean and watch the surfers, the Ritz Carlton is just up the bluff on your left. You can walk up for lunch, dinner, or cocktails.... If you follow the beach path to the right, you can walk to the Monarch Beach Golf Links course at the Five Star Monarch Beach Resort. The course is just around the path and golfers play on an incredible course overlooking the ocean. Continue on the beach path and it curves around to the Monarch Beach Resort.

You have the ocean at your feet, a lovely grass park, a basketball court, volleyball on the sand, and amenities for jogging, cycling, surfing, swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding. The Ocean Institute is five minutes away in Dana Point Harbor, and Disneyland is just 35 minutes away. Knotts Berry Farm is just 40 minutes away.

San Diego lies one hour south and Los Angeles one hour north. You are located on the most beautiful beach in south Orange County that has it all in terms of luxury resorts, space to walk and run, and every water sport desired.
