Location of the Condo was excellent. I appreciate the views and being able to watch views of the sunsets from that height. The condo was clean and well stocked. However, the mattresses really need to be changed. The mattress in the master bedroom is very hard and uncomfortable along with the pillows being flat. The mattresses in the room with the double beds are beginning to sink. We also got locked out of the apartment. The lock battery apparently died. The on call emergency number given was horrible, they did not answer the phone but instead text about the situation. Whomever I was communicating with would completely stop talking causing me to email the office. I had to keep checking in for updates because we were not being properly informed. A locksmith finally came 45 minutes later. I feel like if there is an emergency number listed then they should at least answer the phone and follow back up with updates. There was no concern about us at all. Other than the listed concerns, we had an amazing time.

My family and I recently stayed at this property and absolutely loved it! It was clean, up to date, easy access to the beach with children and a beautiful balcony view! Although we would stay here again, a few things need to be taken care of. There were no extra sheets, blankets etc. The 3rd bedroom is listed as two queen beds and they are actually full size beds. The washer could use a replacement, as it has mold growing in it. Other than those few things we loved our stay and will be back! 8/10.

Ocean Ritz

The unit was great! However there were 2 elevators for the 23 floor building that were not air conditioned and 1 elevator was out of order twice while there. Also parking does not accommodate anything other than average size vehicles in the building and the overflow lot is small and not big enough. My husbands truck was too long to try and park in the space in the building. We ended up having to pay for parking in the public lot behind the overflow lot. When you rent a unit, you should not have to pay for parking. We won’t stay here again just due to the parking situation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great place to stay! It was very clean! Instructions were clear as far as wrist bans and parking instructions. We had everything we needed. The elevator situation can be horrible at times, especially check-in/out days. There was only one working on our check-in day! It was exhausting unloading and having to fight for carts and waiting forever in line on the elevator. We were on the 22nd floor so there was no way we were carrying luggage up to that floor! The only other complaint we had was the parking. But honestly, the across the street overflow parking is no use in trying to get a space there, you might as well do the pay to park lot on the next street over and walk. Our problem, we had 3 vehicles....two with babies in car seats and the third vehicle had my elderly mother who cannot walk for long periods of time and is on oxygen. We let my daughter who had two babies (1 year and one that is two months) take the reserved parking. My sister with my 3 year old niece and our car with my elderly mother used the paid parking and we just drove up to get my mom at the elevator. Took us a little longer, but nothing we could do.

Christmas 2024

We booked the two neighboring condos for our whole family and had such a wonderful time. The condos were clean and beautiful and very comfortable for all of us. I would definitely book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start off, the view of the water and sunsets were absolutely beautiful but there were so many other negatives which makes returning a no for mentioned on EVERYONES review parking was terrible. It's extremely tight and your vehicle will scrape the bottom no matter how you try and avoid it. Even coming in at an angle didn't work. The condo has plenty of potential but needs to be updated, including the coffee table,the sofa and chairs in the living room,the kitchen utensils that were rusted, found a broken wine glass and last but not least they need to replace there washing machine(Front load). It had a foul mildew smell. Cleanliness was not the best but my husband and I ALWAYS travel with our own towels and bed sheets anyways.

PCB 10/2024 Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been coming to PCB for over 40 years and have stayed at many different condos through the course of time. The condo itself, I will give a 10. Clean, comfortable and decorated very tastefully. Had everything you would need to stay a week on the beach. The rest of the property while was ok, just be prepared for a horrible parking situation. If you spot is in the garage and you have a low profile car, don't go in there. You will will scrape bottom every time you go to enter the garage. I had to park in the VERY limited over flow parking across the street. I drive a camaro and there was no way I could go in that garage after the first time. The pool, is clean but small. No place to escape kids running and jumping around should that be something you are looking for. Condo 10/10 property 6/10 and you can't beat the location.

Garage was only issue. Terrible

We will never stay at this property again l, only because the garage is terrible. I drive a truck and I wish I had known the garage is not designed for large vehicles. Stressed all week about parking each time we had to leave and return. Someone said they damaged their vehicle due to small garage. Room was very nice, but never again just due to garage.

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay in this location. Any of the issues we ran into the property manager and maintenance guy were very prompt and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only issue I had was there wasn’t anyone on the property to enforce the property rules and every night the porch would fill with smoke from other porches. Nobody to enforce no smoking in the pool deck either. The parking garage is very tight and was challenging with a large vehicle but I managed. Great location nice beaches and spectacular views from the 22nd floor.

Love this condo!

The condo is spacious, beautiful and very well kept. Close to shopping, restaurants and all kinds of fun activities. We enjoyed our stay very much and had a wonderful time!

Reviewer Comments: There was not enough parking( it’s 12 bucks a day and long walk) half of the cars on the secondary lot didn’t even have signage displayed.the one bathroom shower was disgusting had to buy kids shower shoes.Found left over open food all over the place. The toilet seats were broke in 2 of the bathrooms. I could keep going but this was definitely not the experience I was hoping to have with my family and friends.

Loved the location, clean, and well stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen. Somewhat inconvenient the washer and dryer being in the guest bathroom because of concern of waking people up. My only complaint was the misinformation on bed sizes. The pictures show 2 king and 2 queen and I also confirmed with the rental company that this is correct and told it was. It’s NOT. It’s a king, a queen, and 2 full size. This most definitely affected our stay on sleeping arrangements. Other than that the balcony was perfect and loved the size, condo overall in good condition. Master needs a new comforter cause it’s not pretty and has a tear in it but that’s not a game changer. Elevators were fast, pool codes had issues at times, and beach gate closes at 10pm so you have to go all the way around on the public beach access.

Our condo was well decorated and clean. There was an exception with one of the bedrooms had a broken leg and all the beds within the condo were extremely uncomfortable. It was a shame that it was a lovely condo but we were unable to truly relax. We all dreaded going to bed, due to back pain from those beds.

Great stay!

Unit is well maintained. Very clean and comfy. Has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay and will stay with these folks again. We did have problem with the ac after a storm. Owners sent someone same day for a fix. Fast communication. Easy to work with. Only complaint, not owners fault. We were not able to use the hot tub on any night we were there. Large groups were there every night. Hot tub is way to small for size of property. Not their fault. Everything else is great..but, if this is an amenity you are wanting. Id ask for another recommendation of their properties.

Family Vacation

I would definitely return to stay again. We were on the 22nd floor and the view was amazing. The property was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice as well as the exercise room. The elevator was quick. We slept well and had a great time.

Spring Break 2024

The condo was beautiful and very clean!! The balcony was HUGE and had an amazing view. We loved how easy check-in was and that we had an assigned parking spot for the week. We never had to wait for elevators like all other places we have stayed in the past during Spring Break. Parking was right around the corner when you get off the elevators. This made it nice for getting luggage/groceries up to the condo. Location was good. Walmart was within walking distance. The only issue we had all week was the code we were given for pool/beach access quit working half way through the week. Another guest gave us the code they were using and it worked the rest of our time. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again next time!!
