Blue sky, green sea and endless white beach make Barnegat Light the perfect vacation spot for spring, summer or fall! And you'll always feel at home in this immaculate, comfortable, fully equipped first floor of a family-owned duplex. In prime summer season (late June, July and August) house rents only full weeks Saturday to Saturday.

First floor unit has three bedrooms (queen bed, one full, three twin beds), one full bath, heat, central air, private full-sized washer/dryer and modern outdoor shower. It's our home, too, so we've set it up with everything needed for a great time in the sun.

First floor unit is ideal for families with young children or seniors, only three low steps to front deck and house. You can hear the ocean from the shaded deck which has a large dining table and six chairs, two chaise lounges and Weber Genesis gas grill. Outdoor showers are completely renovated and modern, deck is a dry space to enjoy even if - heaven forbid! - it rains.

The street is quiet, safe for children to play or ride bicycles. Park your car and walk to everything: 'Old Barney' lighthouse, general store, liquor store, shopping, antiques, grocery, deli, marina, family and upscale dining, fishing, boat rentals, bike and video rentals, ice cream store, miniature golf, bar with live music, playground, skate park with basketball and tennis courts, churches, museum, nature trails. You'll never have to leave Barnegat Light to have a restful, wonderful vacation; everything you need is nearby.

We're three houses from breathtaking dunes and a spectacular white sand beach. It's also widely regarded as one of the best fishing beaches on LBI. Surfing is allowed any time. A free, town-owned beach tram operates throughout the day from about the third Saturday in June to Labor Day to offer you a ride over the sand; the short walk from our front deck to the water's edge is along a wooden walkway and then flat sand through the dunes' spectacular scenery.
