Fort Morgan is a low-density community that offers a more relaxed and quiet beach experience, away from the crowds of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Enjoy fishing and dolphin cruises from the marina, just a short drive away, and dine at a variety of delicious restaurants in the area. Other activities include shelling, bird watching, and biking.

This pet-friendly home welcomes one dog, 25 lbs. or less, and the beachfront addresses are texted to guests on the day of arrival. There is no smoking allowed, and renters must be at least 25 years old. Escape to paradise at this amazing beach house!

Welcome to Courageous House, a stunning 5 bedroom and 5 1/2 bathroom beachfront property in the beautiful community of Southpointe in Fort Morgan, AL. This luxury home boasts breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, a community swimming pool, and is dog-friendly for one canine up to 25 lbs (with approval and fee). Please note that certain agreements listed may only apply to reservations under 30 days.

Courageous House is a newly updated and remodeled beach house that will take your breath away. Featuring floor to ceiling windows that provide panoramic views of the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf, this property is perfect for a relaxing and unforgettable beach vacation. With updated appliances, comfortable beds, and chic decor, this home will make you feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and includes an island, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. The living area features a wet bar and ample seating for everyone to gather around the large flat-screen TV. The second floor also has a "hang-out" room with a wet bar, sleeper sofa, and TV. All five bedrooms have a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV, and the primary suite features two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a jetted tub. Plus, an elevator will make it easy to move around the house with ease.

In addition to these amenities, guests will also have access to the community's outdoor pool, covered BBQ area (gas supplied by the renter), outdoor shower, and direct beachfront access. Linens are provided for all beds, as well as bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels.

Fort Morgan, Alabama offers the same stunning white sand beaches as other popular cities like Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, but with fewer crowds and high-rise condos. The nearby Marina offers charter fishing trips and dolphin cruises, and the Marina store has all the beach essentials you may have forgotten. Plus, there are a variety of great restaurants, from fresh seafood and burgers to Mexican fare. If you're looking for more activities, head to Gulf Shores, which is just a 15-20 minute drive away.

Please note that this is a non-smoking unit, and smoking is not allowed inside or outside of the house. No monthly rentals are available.

The minimum age to rent this unit is 25, and this rule is strictly enforced. Guest photo ID and credit card information must be provided and registered by the primary guest. Reservations made under false pretenses will not be honored.
