Loved staying here! The views are stunning to wake up to each morning, and the snorkeling right in front of the house was amazing. We had to wait for a calmer day to do it, but it was beautiful. We were able to get to Cocoplum Beach in about 15 minutes, the airport in 8 minutes, and Georgetown in about 20ish minutes. Tropic of Cancer was just shy of an hour away, but worth the drive! Abby was super quick to respond, and the house was everything we would have wanted.

Very nice home , the rugs in floor are not fantastic but not horrible ! Would stay again for sure . Great location and home was just as described !

Abby was great, I have some issues with the wifi and she came to the house and fix it.The house is exactly as rhe pictures, and is close to the best beaches around the island.I will be back soon!

This home is just absolutely lovely! We loved everything about it! Some days the ocean was very calm. We were out swimming in it with a few water toys other days the ocean had big waves, and my son body surfed. Our host was incredibly responsive and did an excellent job if you’ve seen the pictures-there’s no I involved the place looks identical and it’s just beautiful!!

Beautiful beach location

This was our 1st trip to Exuma and the location of the property was outside of Georgetown so a short drive was required to go to grocery store or restaurants but the beach right outside of our back door was breathtaking! We had a sandy beach right off our patio and took walks on the beach every morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Best house for the money in Exuma!

We have been to Exuma 8 times, and this home is the best deal for the money that we have found. Luxury at a super smart price point. Gorgeous views, great beach, clean, well-equipped for cooking, games for the kids, super comfortable beds, awesome host, no issues. We will 100% be back!

Family Time

We loved our stay in Exuma. The house has everything needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable and the views are amazing. We found great snorkeling right off the beach in front of the house. The water access is under repair but we had no trouble climbing over the rocks to the beach.

Amazing house with an amazing view

First impression: excited and outstanding! Loved the setup with 2 master bedrooms. We enjoyed the living room, kitchen. Used the back porch and back deck every single day and night. Very central location to our activities. Would stay here again.

Amazing

Incredible experience. This is our third yime at Exumas. The house is new, very comfortable, well decorated and super clean. The view is superb and the beach and sea amazing. We will come back!

This home is stunning. The view is amazing and sunrises out of this world! It is a new and well equipped house with all of the kitchen supplies you could ever need. (except a kettle) Two floors with a nice sitting area, TV and games on the second floor. Very comfortable beds! Our family of 5 had a great trip! On a side note and it is a Caribbean issue the noseeums were bad at dusk. Highly recommend bug spray. The waterfront provides a short rocky walk to the beach. It is quite wavy most days but we did have 3 or 4 that were calm and we were able to snorkle the reef out front and float in the sun! The tap water is city water. We picked up jugs from the Water Depot in Georgetown and were able to rinse and refill for 5.00 . That was our 7th visit to Exuma, we absolutely love it!

Villa Seaclusion

We had a great week at Villa Seaclusion. The house is awesome, the view is specular!! Abby our contact was outstanding before during and after. I cannot say enough about her fast responses, excellent communication and ability to handle any situtation. I would highly reccomend this property.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Seaclusion. There were 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 teens. When asked about their favorite beaches my son said the beach at the house! We body surfed out front most days. The AC felt a little weak but I think it was the high temps combined with the sun shining through the windows. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and laundry and having laundry was essential with all the swimming. We will be staying again.

Beautiful!!

This was the perfect Lisa room for our girls trip!! Beautiful views from the bedrooms and living area. The beach seems very private. The only issue was getting down to the beach as the stairs were broken so just be ware of that. Otherwise you can’t beat the views and location. The house had everything we needed!

Another wonderful stay at Seaclusion

This was our second time at Villa Seaclusion. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up watching the sun rise above the ocean is special. The house is tucked away and you enjoy full privacy with just a few homes on this particular stretch. It’s like a private beach. The house has everything you need. It is fully stocked. Check in and check out was easy.

Another Great Stay

Second time staying here and it really is a magical house. Well equipped and comfortable with anything we needed. We had some minor issues during our stay and Abby was extremely helpful and responsive. The high tides in Exuma over the last couple years have affected the beach area and the dock to get down to the beach but you still have beach access. All in all it’s an incredible property in a beautiful part of Exuma.

Wonderful week in Exuma

We just returned from a week at Villa Seaclusion and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautifully decorated and everything we needed was on hand. Beds were comfortable, and the view is breathtaking. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we could possibly need, and there were TVs and ACs in every room. We couldn't have been more comfortable. Abby was very responsive when we had a question or reported a very minor issue one day. I would definitely recommend this place and would go there again myself.

OMGEEEEE!!! So gorgeous!

Our stay at Villa SeaClusion was amazing! The location is insane- right on the last part of beach with absolutely stunning views!! The deck was such a nice place to hang out in the evening/morning. The house itself is so spacious, bright and airy. The floor to ceiling sliders were so amazing so that we could always see the beautiful ocean. The decor is calming and charming-it’s as if I had designed/decorated that home myself! Abby was responsive and kind. Overall, amazing stay and we would definitely stay there again!!

Great Views

We had three couples staying at SeaClusion, the accommodations where spot on with plenty of privacy per couple. The early morning breakfast started the day with a great sunrise. Most of the day we spent exploring the water, renting boats from exuma boat rentals, which in my opinion to get the most out of the exuma's you need to be on the water. We also booked a day trip with Roberts Island adventures, which covers all the major highlights in one trip (swim with the pigs, lizard beach, swim with sharks and dive into thunderball grotto). Overall a great place to stay, safe and secluded. Another note, a rental car is a must and the bigger the tires the better. You won't go wrong renting Seaclusion.

Exuma, May 2023

A group of 4 couples rented Villa SeaClusion. The house is stunning and the beach, right in front, is as beautiful as any beach we saw in Exuma. We swam and snorkeled in the beautiful azure water almost daily. I hadn’t read much about the beach is front so I was a little worried. But, it is wonderful.I would highly recommend this rental. The only negative I have to say is I would suggest more hooks to hang clothes on since there are no closets. However, I would definitely rent this lovely house again!
