We are a short 25 Min drive from the airport, 5 Min from Dolphin Cove, 5 min from local excursions, 5 min from Tryall Golf Course, 25 Min from Montego Bay's Hip Strip and 45 min drive to Negril's 7 mile beach.

Baby sis graduation gift

I was a little worried about the 20 min drive distance from montego Bay, but after seeing this place, it was well worth it! The location also put us a little closer to Negril. We enjoyed every moment and felt so comfy and at home. Everyone had their own rooms and the 2 kitchens was great for not having to go downstairs in middle of night for anything. The roof top was a nice touch but that sun was too hot to enjoy during the day. It's much more relaxing at night. The pool was very nice! We loved it and highly recommend it! Ms Deana was very accommodating and friendly!

Great Sanctuary

We had a fabulous time, the property was clean and spacious. We appreciate the excellent communication before and during our stay. The food and Chef Bryan’s hospitality was amazing. We enjoyed the recommendations on beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Internet and TVs worked well. My only feedback would be to encourage international guests to get the airport fast track VIP or so parts of the immigration process online to avoid long waits. Also, I wish there was a dishwasher. Otherwise, it was perfect! Highly recommend.

50th Birthday trip

Hot water was operated by a switch on the wall, most of the times we had cold showers. Plugs in the bathrooms by sink only one was working. The house is really nice with a lot of space. There just has to be a better way for the hot water.. and upgrade pool furniture, allow access to laundry room, and provide more toiletries to your guests(paper towels and toilet paper). Nice pool. There is a really nice restaurant a few blocks away in walking distance.

Perfect mini vacation

Our stay at SBS was an exceptional experience from start to finish. SBS provided the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and personalized service for my family's celebration. The location was serene, the views were breathtaking, and the outdoor spaces, including a private pool and rooftop deck, provided an ideal oasis for relaxation and entertainment. All the rooms were spacious and elegantly furnished, offering spectacular sea views. What truly set this villa apart was the private chef service. Chef Gregory was supremely talented and incredibly accommodating. He created tasteful menus that catered to our dietary preferences. Each meal was a gastronomic adventure featuring fresh, local ingredients prepared with exquisite skill. Everyone is still talking about the saltfish cakes that he crafted from scratch. His passion for culinary excellence was evident in every bite, turning each meal into an unforgettable dining experience. Our stay was not just a holiday but an experience we will cherish forever.

Heaven on Earth! Don't think, just book!

This home and experience was nothing short of amazing. The property was beautiful, extremely clean, and comfortable and the pictures do it no justice. From the first phone call with Rochelle (owner), I knew that my group and I would enjoy our stay. She took care of us and made sure all of our needs were met. She was also very timely with her responses to anything that I asked. We were a group of 6 women traveling together. Upon our arrival, Deana, property manager, greeted us with her warm, friendly smile and gave us a tour. She even called and texted to check on us daily to see how things were going. This made me feel very safe, as this was our first time staying at a villa internationally. Mr. Owen, the groundsman, greeted us also upon our arrival. He carried 6 large suitcases up the stairs for us. They were not light! He is the sweetest ever! He was outside every day making sure that the property was maintained to the highest standards. It also felt good to wake up and know that he was outside. During our stay, we also utilized the services of Chef Bryan. Please add his services to your stay. You will not regret it! We had spoken over the phone, prior to him coming, about menus and special diets. He was extremely professional and assured me that he would be able to accommodate everyone in our group which included two pescatarians, one vegan, and just one picky eater. Let me just say that after we tasted his food, there were no dietary restrictions. We all ate everything. He arrived very early each day to prepare our meals and had the house fragrant with the scent of Jamaican cuisine. He even went the extra mile to come back for an evening that we did not request in advance and he brought us extra items that we'd run out of. My only regret is that we did not book him for our entire stay. I tried to pack him in my suitcase but he just wouldn't fit! Overall, this was such a beautiful experience and my group and I could not have asked for more. When it was time to go, I almost cried. Literally! I look forward to coming back to this property and I also look forward to being welcomed again by the wonderful staff. I'd give an extra star if I could.

Memorable Moments and More

I organized a girls trip for my mom's 60th birthday that included 8 ladies traveling from the US (Texas and Missouri) to Montego Bay. Everything about the trip from booking to checkout was great. Booking on VRBO was easy and when sending messages to inquire about certain aspects the owner Rochelle was phenomenal. In addition, she scheduled a call prior to check-in to cover any pending item. Communication was excellent. One question posed was if floats were available for the pool or if an air pump was on site. The response was "no" but a great recommendation. When we arrived there were two floats in the pool. That brought a smile to my face and showed the team is dedicated to making their guests happy. Upon arrival, I was greater by Deana. She is so sweet and helpful. She gave me the tour and went over the house details. The house was just as pictured and even more beautiful in person. Prior to arrival I was connected to Deana via whatsapp and we communicated daily. Chef Bryan- Amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. The chef was very personable and adhered to the small dietary restrictions. He openly communicated where we were with the grocery pricing (we loved the rum punch). He was on time and never complained if we were tardy. He was not only a chef but a caterer. It was 8 of us and the table seats 6. After he noticed two ladies constantly sitting a part he brought two chairs from the first floor to the second so we could all sit together. The House- Beautiful! We really enjoyed ourselves. The pool was perfect size for us eight and is 3 feet (the entire pool). The rooftop is beautiful and a great spot for photos and to watch the sunset. You can see water from the second floor balconies and the roof. Stunning views. The house has a gate that you will have a remote to that keeps you and your items safe. Everyone and everything was amazing. I arranged my own transportation so unable to comment on the transportation services available through the house. We checked in Thursday and out Sunday. I wish we had more time but absolutely loved the time we did have. I highly recommend this house.

Weekend stay

The villa was extremely clean, warm, and inviting. Deana met us and gave us a tour of the property. Chef Clifford was AMAZING! All of the food was delicious and presented elegantly! Communication with the owner/property manager was prompt whenever needed. I would highly recommend this property!

Great place great view great food

It was excellent. Exactly as advertised. The house was clean modern and comfortable. The pool was perfect. There were patios on the upstairs Ron’s and French doors leading out to the pool from the first floor. I absolutely loved it and so did all the family. The chef is actually French trained and really can cook. And he was pleasant. The transportation was awesome. We had courtesy escort to the airport to by pass the long lines. I really could go on and on. And I haven’t even mentioned the spectacular views.

An Amazing Experience

I rented this villa to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with 4 of our couples friends. I received excellent communication from pre-booking to checking out! The villa was beautiful! The location was perfect for going to both Montego Bay and Negril. Make sure you get Chef Brian! He was able to make meals our picky guest loved!! I highly recommend this villa! Thank you Rochelle for sharing your beautiful villa and staff, Deena, Chef Brian and Owen with us. You all made my husband's 50th birthday amazing!!!
