Our home boasts 3 bedrooms (plus upstairs loft), 2 living areas, 3.5 bathrooms, a private pool with spectacular views of the gulf from the 2nd-floor balcony, and the enormous 3rd-floor rooftop terrace! This home has been tastefully updated and features all the comforts you dream of when you're on a beach vacation!

This home is an unforgettable beach house, located just steps from the beach, with fantastic gulf views and a PRIVATE POOL!! This home also features a HUGE 3rd-floor suite that is perfect for the kids! This home is located just across the street from Rick Seltzer Park - a county maintained beach-park offering the most convenient beach access in Panama City Beach.

Rick Seltzer Park has full facilities including bathrooms, showers, and a clean boardwalk to the beach! Best thing? It's right across the street!!

Fenced-in back yard with seating, pool, grill! Amazingly cared for and updated! Upgraded tile and wood floor throughout All flooring is clean hard-surface flooring, easy to maintain! The Kitchen and living room are very nice, upgraded, and functional! Plenty of parking for 4 cars! Located right across the street from the beach! Beach access features a bathroom and showers! All bathrooms feature upgraded fixtures, granite countertops In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, using CDC-recommended disinfectants.

Framily Spring break

Perfect location for our families. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of space for all eleven of us. Pool was suitable for the younger kids. Overall a great place.

Great Senior Trip!

We brought our graduates to the beach for a senior trip. Plenty of room to offer spaces for them and us. Everyone was spread out and not on top of each other. It was close enough to the PCB “action” for the boys but far enough away from it for us. Ideal location for adults with teenagers. Everyone had an awesome time!

Family vacation

House was just the right size for our family of 11 and a baby. Convenient to beach and attractions. Nicely decorated and had kitchen accessories you usually need. Needed a good cleaning and bathrooms looked like they had mold or mildew. Pool needed cleaning when we got there and weeds needed pulling from pavers. There were also some roaches.

PCB 2024 Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was easy. The house was large enough for our family of 10. The pool was nice especially on the days the beaches were closed. The A/C worked great. The entire house stayed very cool on those 95-99 degree days. The house seemed to have been cleaned in a rush prior to our arrival. Several things were found under the beds and couch. The floors were dirty. The upstairs couch and futon had chips in it. The pool patio is overgrown with weeds. The kitchen did not have any oven mitts or pot holders. The parking is not the best for 3 cars. Someone is always having to move their car to let someone else out. Overall I would recommend this rental.

We have mixed reviews about our stay. The size of the home was great for the party size we had. The home is in a perfect location right across from the beach! We were very disappointed that we were not informed that the home is listed for sale. When we arrived the realtor was there and had a showing. We were told we could have more showings during the week we were there. We had someone come pressure wash the home two days while we were there. Someone else came and worked on the pool pump. Due to lack of routine maintenance the grill became engulfed in flames from a grease fire. The home wasn't the cleanest and the master mattress was awful!!

Perfect as far as location to beach access and everything PCB. This house appears to have been neglected or used recently by college kids cuz it’s in rough shape. Maybe because it’s for sale? Owners have given up? Lots of little things that we made sure to take pics of so we didn’t get charged. Upon arrival the door code didn’t work. Would have been nice to be told there’s a side door that had the code pad. Great ‘welcome’ after a long day of travel. Front door was hard to open- 2 adults had trouble and we were told by the manager ‘the door works perfectly’. Back door lock jam was rotted out. Exterior front security lights never worked. Broken light fixtures. Missing light bulbs. Tv remotes with no batteries. Missing window blinds. The grill was disgusting/burners are rotted out- grill stuck to the pool deck with old grill gunk- deck covered in weeds. The online pics are deceiving- those are for the sale of the house not what is actually there. Master bed is a like a futon on a squeaky metal frame. This house could be a real gem if taken care of. We loved our time in PCB!

Room for improvement

I wanted to let you know the house was wonderful. The washer did not wring out the water well and the dryer , the piece to choose setting was broken so it took forever for clothes to dry. The lint trap was broken also. The main TV was hooked up to Netflix ( not sure who's) but could not watch TV on any other TV. And only Netflix on main. I didn't message while on the trip because we stayed busy and was exhausted. Also not sure if you are aware there is some mildew or mold under the kitchen sink and in the bathrooms. We loved the house, it was great. Just wasn't sure if you were aware of those things. There were no reviews so we thought it maybe a new listing.
