Beach Swans Cottage is a great place to enjoy your Topsail Beach vacation. Reverse floor plan to take advantage of the beach and sound views from the front and back decks. Top floor living space gives you an open room with living area, dining and kitchen and walks out to the decks, and a master bedroom with king bed. The middle level has a private master suite with queen bed, and an additional bunk room with a twin over full, two additional single beds, and a toddler bed for plenty of sleeping space. The middle level has two additional bedrooms one with a queen and the other with a full bed. This home is perfect for those that need sleeping space- bed space for 12 + toddler bed. Great Topsail Beach location- short 1 block walk to the beach access and across the street from the sound access for swimming or kayak access (bring your own kayak), and beautiful sunset views across the sound. Easy walk or bike ride to downtown Topsail Beach for restaurants, shops, and pier. Easy walk to the public boat launch. Room to park up to 4 cars and covered area under the house. Don't miss out on this fantastic beach home- the perfect place to stay and enjoy Topsail Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here; great location to public beach access to ocean & also public access on intracoastal side where you can fish, enjoy views & steps off the public deck to take out a kayak or paddle board. The weather was perfect for us and wonderful for our niece’s wedding. The space inside the house worked out great for our family & had everything we needed. Thank you.

This was an excellent location, easy access to both ocean and sound with views of both. There is ample parking. The home itself is a bit shopworn and could use some updating, but it is comfortable.The description should be updated; it indicated three queen beds but in fact there were two queen beds and a double bed. This led to the double bed having sheets that were much too big and really didn't fit (but we didn't want to buy double sheets). The description noted there was a drip coffee maker, which there was. But there was also a Keurig; had we known this we could have brought K-cups from home rather than buying ground coffee for the drip machine. All in all, though, we enjoyed our stay very much and will more than likely stay there again.

Perfect Topsail location

This was our 2nd year staying at Beach Swans. Things we love about it: Location - perfect to walk to everything in 'downtown' Topsail, close to beach access and close to sound access. We loved watching the sunset over the sound from the back porch. Bedrooms and # beds also perfect for us. Myers Realty was very attentive to any issues we had. Things that could be improved: Overall cleanliness and fixing the outdoor shower. Also, the online listing needs to be changed to accurately reflect the sizes of beds. You will be given that information in an email before going once you book - but it would be nice if the listing was also accurate. Overall, we really like it and we already plan to stay there again in 2026.

House was in great location, lots of room to accomodate family, a couple days without a/c was a challenge, but overall house had most amentities to create a good stay. If there were any positive feedback, would recommend cleaning of carpets/living room as they looked worn/had spots.

Had a great time

Love the location - can see the sound from the back and the ocean from the front. Can walk to everything in the ‘city center’ (putt-putt, Quarter Moon, Jolly Roger pier, Cora’s Deli, etc). Easy access to the beach. Will stay there again!

The property is exactly as described. We had a group of 8 with one child. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach. Restaurants all close by. We have already discussed renting again next summer.

Beautiful, Clean, and Spacious

Our group of 10 had an excellent stay at this beach house! The weather did not cooperate for our trip, but we still had a great time with all the puzzles and games provided. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked and the appliances are newer and modern. The colors, decor, and furniture are all beautiful and the beds are comfortable. The floor layout was perfect for our group. The master bedroom with king bed on the top floor closes off from the rest of that level for privacy. And the master suite on the bottom floor was great for another family's privacy. The owners thought of so many details especially for kids. There is a toddler bed that was great for my 3-year old and there is a booster seat and baby gate for the steps if needed. The walk to the beach is short and ideal and we took advantage of the outdoor shower. We loved walking to get ice cream and play putt-putt. Stay here and enjoy all the features of this house!

Family together vacation

This home was a wonderful warm comfortable family home!! It provided us with everything we needed to the simple things we forgot. We only had to walk a block to the beach, the sound, putt putt golf and the skating rink. There were other things in that area also to do. This place was definately a home away from home!!! Thank you!!

Great for families

We had a family reunion at Topsail. My whole family stayed here and there was more than enough room. My daughter and family had a whole "wing" to themselves. There was easy access to both the ocean and sound with views of both. It was also an easy walk to ice cream, putt putt and restaurant/bar. The house was stocked with enough plates, silverware and cooking items for all. If we all go again we will definitely stay at Beach Swans

This home is absolutely perfect! The layout of the house allowed all ages to be together but yet also have your own privacy! I love this house and look forward to staying here again!
