Wonderful home with amazing amenities and the best views in the entire area! Step onto one of California's best surf break beaches, Silverstrand. On the North side is the Harbor and the Channel Islands out in front. The rooftop deck is with BBQ and sitting areas and dining table. Great place above it all to entertain or just relax. The kitchen is a true chef's The home is equipped with chef's kitchen and supplies. The entire house has a filtered water softener with extra water filtration In kitchen sink and refrigerator.
There are 4 kayaks, 2 standup paddle boards, boogie boards, and 2 bikes for enjoying the outdoors. Beach chairs and beach towels provided.
Everything you need in bathrooms, hair dryers, straightening iron and curling iron.
Waking to the north jetty you will see the historical La Janelle sunken ship.
Restaurants within walking distance to eat in or take out.
The home was remodeled 5 years ago and has electric blinds, tv surround sound, beautiful marble countertops and a Restoration Hardware Cloud couch. The kitchen has everything you could possibly imagine. State of the art appliances.
Oxnard is centrally located to be able to go to Santa Barbara or Malibu easily. The Camarillo outlets are less then 30 minutes away for great shopping.
The sunsets are incredible. You will have some amazing memories

We loved the kitchen layout. Lots of cooking and laughs were had around the large island/bar, all the while the little ones were in eye sight of us in their own space.

Wonderful place to share time with the family. The home is beautiful and the back gate leads to the beach where there are seals and sea lions and plenty of birds. The roof patio was comfortable and has a great view of the ocean and harbor. We had a little trouble with the bar-b-q….it wouldn’t stay lit, but other than that, everything was great.

My family and I came to the beach house to celebrate my birthday! It was a very special place. Everything you need is in this beautiful home. So much space, views are amazing and you have access to beach and the channel. Communicating with Debbie was great! She responded quickly and handled any questions we had during our stay! Thanks again and we will be back!

This house was fantastic. The most well-stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in. Amazing kitchen, all the beach accessories you could ever need, tons of toiletries and amenities (including hot hair tools), and tons of supplies for babies and little kids -- including baby gates. The location right on the sand and views were also amazing, and beds and seating options were plentiful and very comfortable. We were grateful to Debbie for all her communication before the stay. Something that would've been helpful for us to understand in advance though is that the bedroom with the queen bed is only accessible through the bathroom of the Master bedroom, which was a bit awkward for our group. Something else we did not know when we booked was how many rogue fireworks would be going off on the beach for fourth of July. Just an FYI for anyone not from the area trying to escape an intense Fourth of July with their dog (like we were trying to do). Otherwise impeccable. We loved it.

Just as advertised. Master suite is incredible. Rooftop deck with 360 degree views is a must see - you can watch sunset and sunrise. Kitchen is beyond fully stocked and the beach is literally at your feet out the back door. Great host - easy to work with. 5 stars!

Excellent girls weekend

9 of us women stayed here for our annual girls retreat. Great location, beautiful house. We spent our nights on the rooftop watching the sunset which was lovely. The roof top felt private and overlooked the ocean. Everyone raved about the house and it's on our list for our next retreat.

Beautiful property!!!

This beautiful beachfront home offers stunning views. The decor complements the beach theme, and there are fireplaces, televisions, and a desk workspace. The location is conveniently situated making it easy to get deliveries. With a touch of a button, you can open up window coverings to revel in the view or shut things. Sitting together, enjoying dinner as the sun set, and watching the breathtaking views made it memorable. The host responded promptly every time. The entire property is very well-stocked, from the kitchen to the bathroom and beach toys with plenty of towels, blankets, and toiletries. When we needed a larger stock pan, our hosts dropped one off the next morning with fresh lemons. The host worked with us for an earlier check-in, and offered a great cancellation policy. There are a few things to know: a public parking lot right outside -four floors; only ground floor is handicap accessible-two dogs allowed, with no deposit or extra cleaning fee mentioned, but host messaged about extra fee after- hairs on the couches, bedding, extra blankets, and other places that triggered some allergies- large white cloud couch was hard for older guests or bad knees- AC struggled the last two days on the ground and main floors -the two twin beds in the master bedroom are a daybed couch and low trundle-have to walk through BOTH the master bedroom and bathroom to get to the queen room- lock on the toilet room was broken -details on listing, emails, and messages slightly differ.

Great Time on Silver Strand Beach!

We had an amazing time at “Beachfront – escape to California’s Best Kept Secret.” Debbie was wonderful! She was available to answer any questions we had and allowed up to have late check out.On top of having an amazing view, Debbie made sure the house had everything we could need or want for that matter. It was roomy and had the cutest décor.The kitchen was stocked, the beds were comfortable and the number of available toys in the garage surprised us. We will definitely be planning another trip as soon as possible!

Beautiful Beach Home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic beach home, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, with stunning views that make you feel like you're in paradise.The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. It’s clear that the owners have put a lot of thought into making it a welcoming space. The furnishings are stylish and cozy, and every room is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.One of the highlights for me was how well-stocked the home was. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. It made our stay so much easier and allowed us to focus on relaxing and enjoying our time.Overall, I can't recommend this beach home enough. It’s a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind and soak up the sun. I’m already planning my return visit!

Experience over Gifts

Our family decided to do something a bit different this year for our Christmas celebration and chose an experience over gifts. We chose this property as a staycation, somewhat close to home and the house was a perfect fit for our family. Beach walks, seals, surf and sunrise/sunset watching were some of our favorite things and filled our camera rolls! We started our trip with surprise stockings from Santa, an afternoon of rooftop blind wine tasting, charcuterie and Yahtzee, a 3 birthdays filet dinner, a Duffy ride in the harbor and we played so many games. These were just some of the fun things we did while visiting the beach house. The property is so well stocked. If you can't find something in the kitchen, it's probably not made. Debbie is such a welcoming hostess. Tasteful Christmas decorations adorned the living areas and bathrooms. There's a reason Debbie is a premium host. If you are looking for a beautiful home, spectacular views and access to many things to do in the area this property is wonderful. We hope to visit this property again! The pictures reflect just what you will find when you open the door, simple, welcoming elegance. Happy New Year!

Beautiful Home and Location!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home celebrating 3 birthdays! The house has everything you can think of and amazing views from almost every room! The rooftop deck had views in every direction. The kitchen and living area was perfect for a large group and the welcoming touches from the host made it extra nice! We will definitrly return!

A great family vacation!

We absolutely loved the Oxnard beach rental! We rented it for our family vacation, and it was perfect in every way. The location couldn’t have been better, right by the beach and strand with easy access to the marina for boat rentals and water sports. The house itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was modern, clean, and fully equipped with kayaks, surfboards, boogie boards, and other beach equipment. Our host, Debbie, was responsive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Thank you, Debbie, for making this a special vacation for us. The memories we made here will be cherished forever! Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway!

Best house on the strand!

We stayed for the fourth of July and surf camp! Views from all rooms and the rooftop lounge are terrific and show the beach, the harbor, the ocean as far as you can see. Lots of space and everything you need is avaliable! Don't miss out.

Fantastic beach house!

My son and I were on a road trip and booked this wonderful beach house for a short stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, its location and the fact that it’s right on the beach. It was very relaxing & enjoyable. The house was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host is responsive, helpful and kind.
