Nice townhome in Keauhou

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: About 15 minutes south of Kona (where you can get the best sandwiches on the Big Island) and 15 minutes north of Captain Cook (where you'll find the best pizza), this 2-bed, 2-bath townhome is clean, quiet, and about a minute's walk from a quiet little beach.

Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check-in process was easy. Just had to use a code to get into the gate and door to the condo. The AC was not working properly and I contacted the company and they had someone out to look at it quickly and it was fixed. Great location, close to stores and restaurants, near the beach, pool was nice, great patio, lots of storage.

Great location

Just south of the touristy part of Kona, near all the amenities, steps to sunset on the beach, and within walking distance of fantastic family friendly snorkeling…full kitchen, grill, and washer/dryer convenient for family stay. We will return.

Felt like home

This was a perfect area for our group of 3 adults. We were able to walk to snorkeling, sunsets and a short drive to dining and groceries. Beautiful, lush, tropical surroundings. We took day trips to Volcanoes NP, Hilo and waterfalls, Maunakea Visitor Information Center Observatory, and many of the indigenous historical parks.

Great location

Overall this was a nice property. Great location, nice pool, with a black sand beach area. Issues with WiFi access, thus no TV.

Great stay Near Kona

Great condo. Great location near shopping center. Very close to a great little snorkeling beach. Only about 20 Minutes drive to central Kona. On-site facilities were great. Pool was very warm and good shaded areas around pool. Condo itself was small but had all the essentials. Very comfortable. Would stay again.

Stunning corner of the Island

Had a lovely week here in September. The accommodation is very comfortable and the full equipped kitchen was great for preparing full meals. The facilities are great too, we made use of the tennis courts, the outdoor grills, the pool and the very close beach access. The home was clean and check in was very simple. We will be back.

It was a great location, just steps to a beach for the sunset. Condo was well equipped. Convenient to many places. Be aware it is 2 stories. Both bedrooms are upstairs with one bathroom. The 2nd bathroom was downstairs. Ok for a family not so great for 2 adult couples. We made it work with one couple using the downstairs bathroom. I recommend this property.

The ideal rental

Perfect vacation spot. Quiet with beautiful surrounding. Well cared for grounds with manicured lawns and beautiful flowering plants and shrubbery. Shopping Center very close buy with super market, pharmacy, theatre complex and interesting restaurants. The resort is adjacent to a beach, popular snorkeling beach within walking distance, and other beaches within short driving distances. For those who prefer, the complex has a beautiful pool.An ideal vacation spot.

A Hone Away from Home

The unit is well-appointed with comfortable furnishings and attractive wall art. It was well-stocked with dishware and cookware and all appliances and equipment needed for cooking, plenty of towels and linens. There are comfortable beach chairs and a corner lanai for enjoying the quiet and outdoor breezes. There are community grills that were always available when needed. Here is a beach just steps away. It is a perfect home away from home,

Our kids were comfortable in their own twin bed, and the king bedroom was large. Air conditioning is a must for us when we come to Hawaii, so we were very comfortable. We appreciated the boogie boards, beach umbrella, and beach chairs too. The pool was great, and we played pickleball quite a bit too.

Pleasant, Enjoyable stay

Property was very comfortable and ideally located. The realty company that managed this unit was very responsive to a couple of minor issues that we encountered. In both situations they responded immediately. We were impressed by their concern. We would highly recommend staying in this unit.

The washer/dryer are a must to travel light and the grounds are well kept. The customer service was outstanding and we'd definitely stay here again and use the property management company as well!
