WELCOME to our 1-level, family-friendly home in the beautiful community of Sunriver. Our home is "classic Sunriver," designed for all who rest here to feel welcome, comfortable and "away from it all". Let your hair down, put your feet up and enjoy! Set in the tall pines of the high desert mountains of Central Oregon. You will LOVE relaxing under the stars in the private hot tub, or curling up by the fire after a day of sightseeing or playing outdoors. Skiing, ice skating, cycling, pickleball, tennis, fishing, hiking and rafting are just a few of the many activities you can enjoy in Sunriver! Our digital Guest Guidebook can show you the way!

Our 4 bedroom, 3 full-bath home sleeps 10. We can accommodate a MAX of 6 adults (defined as over the age of 12 yrs due to the sizes of the beds). The Sunset Suite and Desert Oasis Suite have king size beds and ensuite baths; a third bedroom has an XL twin bunk over a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin bunk beds (for children under 12 yrs). Enjoy the open concept great room with high ceilings as you prepare meals for your family in the well stocked kitchen, or on the gas bbq out on the spacious, furnished deck. House amenities include: A/C, free hi-speed wireless internet, 2 refrigerators, washer/dryer, 5 Roku smart TV's with lots of games, firewood for the gas-assist fireplace, and a private hot tub! Our home includes 10 SHARC passes for FREE ACTIVITIES giving access to the Sunriver aquatic facility, tennis & pickleball, disk-golf and the private owners's boat launch! For your use, there are 5 adult bikes, 2 kids bikes (helmets not provided) and a ski/snowboard rack in the garage! All basic kitchen, bed/bath, hot tub and laundry supplies are provided.

Our vacation ready home is located on a quiet cul de sac and is close to all that Sunriver has to offer: 35 miles of paved Sunriver biking trails, SHARC aquatic facility, tennis courts, Sunriver Village, public golf in Bend and La Pine , and floating on the Deschutes River. Mt Bachelor is a quick 30 minute drive and our home (20 Whistler Lane) is a 5 minute walk to the Sunriver Marketplace for groceries or an ice cream.

Central Oregon is a visitors paradise! Mountains, rivers, lakes, volcanic history, starry nights...Come, relax and make memories in the fresh mountain air of Sunriver!!

Minimum age of Primary Renter must be 25 and MUST be present on the property for duration of the reservation. Occupants under age of 18 shall not be left unsupervised. No parties, events or loud music. NO SMOKING on our property (inside or outside) Sorry, we have a strict NO PET Policy and we do not make exceptions. Thank you! IMPORTANT: All Guests are REQUIRED to read, e-sign and return our Rental Agreement within 48 HRS of booking per our House Rules. Our property requires a $500 Security Deposit. A hold will be placed separately by the property 2 days prior to check-in. Thank you!

Please note: Our home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of max occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. We have exterior and garage security cameras.
