Balance Villa is an exceptionally private, beautiful home nestled on a green hillside overlooking expansive views of Fish Bay. The villa – designed and built by a distinguished on-island architect and an artistic craftsman builder – has been thoughtfully developed to take advantage of cool trade winds, relaxing, gorgeous views and your every need.

The Villa is tastefully furnished with all the comforts of a luxurious island home. On the outside: an abundant terrace – plenty of open space for sitting by the pool sun bathing or shaded area for reading a book and watching the views. Adjacent to the pool: a built-in grill with wet bar and covered veranda with dining table overlooking the bay – all surrounded by lush landscaping.

Inside the house: a great room featuring floor-to-ceiling glass windows with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea, a large flat screen TV and Bose sound system. The open floor plan continues into the dining area with a spacious West Indies dining room table and seating for six. Mahogany furnishings and rich fabrics mixed with a few select antiques pieces compliment the island ambiance of Balance.

The custom kitchen is just what one would need to create that memorable Caribbean dinner – or maybe just breakfast at the built-in bar. Just off the kitchen is a half bath and the first bedroom suite.

A staircase ascends to the upper floor and to the second king bedroom/bath suite. Each of Balance’s bedroom suites feature king-size beds with private bathrooms, digital A/C, and flat screen TVs. The bathrooms feature an indoor and outdoor garden shower, as well as private balcony with view of the bay.

Balance villa is managed by a professional management company and their on-island staff is available if you need assistance 24/7. They will also meet you at the ferry dock, and lead you to the house.
