On the beach of the Pacific Ocean... beautiful, clean beach, 10 miles long. It is the best walking, jogging, and swimming beach of the area!

There are 3 wonderful swimming pools, plus your own private dipping pool.

Huge, private terrace, with 340 degree view, sunrise to sunset...from the ocean, to the mountains north to the south, to the end of end of Banderas Bay...dolphins and whales and the outstanding sunsets!

This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 5,0000 sf condo, with sliding glass walls, opens up onto your private patio...complete with private dipping pool.

Three bedrooms, include two king-size master bedroom suites, each with private bathroom/shower...each opening to the huge terrace, with ocean views, and sound of the waves....and the third (queen size) bedroom has use of the third unattached bathroom, also with large custom shower.

Custom kitchen with all of the 'at home' conveniences; refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc., and all the cooking utensils, outdoor bbq gas grill.

Two super grocery stores, 'MEGA' and La Comer, are less than a walking mile away... also, a small market, just a couple of blocks north of the complex for 'quick pick ups', at Villa del Palmer.

With a restaurant on site, by the 3 pools, and many restaurants, within a short (beach, or street) walking distance. Walk to Bucerias, to a different restaurant, live music, every night. South, to Paradise Village, or Puerto Vallarta, on the malecon, for so many wonderful places to eat, and nightlife galore!!

Our security team offers free service, of calling for your cab, which comes within minutes/seconds...or, there's a bus stop (right across the street from the complex)... the least expensive transportation, and the most interesting!

So many things to do....swimming, golf, jet skiing, parasailing, horseback riding (on the beach), sight seeing, tour a tequila making facility, wake boarding, deep sea fishing, zip lining, romantic dinner boat rides (Vallarta Adventures) night clubbing........OR simply sun bathe, walk on the beach, swim and refresh yourself in the two cool infinity pools, then lay around the pool and socialize, and enjoy the warmth of the beach sand and swim in the warm ocean waters.

In need of up keep

The veiws are beautiful as for the condo it is in need of up keep badly I won't get into in the main issue the railing is broken in many areas and some of those spot drop directly down 8 stories not safe for young children

Great view, wonderful patio, and exceptional owner

We had a fabulous time in this condo. Arlene was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to answer our questions, help us with check in, and arrange for a private cook during our stay. I rated the Checkin process a 4 out of 5 because the VRBO app listed an incorrect checkin code so we had to contact the owner in order to access the unit. I rated the cleanliness a 4 out of 5 because the floors were quite filthy, the furniture was dusty, and there was a strong sewage smell in the shower of the southeast en-suite bathroom. Overall, the unit did not disappoint with its spaciousness and phenomenal views. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and Arlene is by far the most responsive owner we’ve ever dealt with.

It is a great property. The pool and beach area was well maintained and clean. The unit does have a few cosmetic issues, but nothing that impacted the positive impression of our trip. I would strongly recommend it to anyone interested in going. The patio is where we spent most of our time.

We had a great stay here. The food at the bar was really good - loved the shrimp quesadilla. The deck was large and nice to lounge on. We enjoyed having the infinity pool and the beach. Our daughter enjoyed playing in the dipping pool on the deck. We grilled some food on the barbecue. There were jet ski rentals, horse back riding, boogie board rentals all down at the beach. Everything was in working order and fully functional. We rented a car and were able to park it at the condo parking lot. It was nice to have a car so we could run and get groceries but if you wanted to eat out at the bar/by the pool everyday, you could. The food and drinks were great and reasonably priced.

We are not satisfied

Actually the place is beautiful, however, we found several details such as: 1.- From 6 days that we spend there 1 day and a half there was not elevator service, so suitcases and groceries by the stairs (8 floors). 2.- When we arrived we found some of the cleaning accessories such a broom, with dirt and a dead bird in the terrace. (Owner minimize this) 3.- The grill has remains from the last BBQ (the owner said clean it) I said I wont. 4.- The Air conditioner in one of the rooms leaked all day long 5.- I didnt get an email with the instructions to arrive neither to leave 6.- There is no open TV, only streaming in one of the TV. The one allocated in one of the rooms works only with dvd. (They should place this kind of information at the add. 7.- The gas boiler was not easy to start, maintenance guide had to do it. 8.-The towels were at the washing machine, so after several emails with the owner we realize this (No information was provided to look for the towels in the washing machine) 9.- Easy to communicate with owner, but you will not receive the answer you are looking for. 10.- One of the room has integrated the bathroom, but there is no bathroom door!

Absolutely Amazing!!

This was by far the most impressive accomidations Ive had in all my travels in the last +30 years. The view is impossible to put into words - overwhelmingly beautiful. The grounds are well kept, and the complex is very peaceful. Comfortably quiet, no loud people, or noise/music. The penthouse is very spacious, clean, and modern. We had all the amenities one would expect from high end lodging. Plenty of furniture inside, and out, to suit your mood. I especially enjoyed the BBQ, and meals on the out door dining area. Thank you for a great stay!

Penthouse Paradise

My wife and two boys just returned from our vacation in Nuevo Vallarta and had an awesome time. We rented the penthouse from Shant and were not disappointed at all. Everything about the place was perfect. Were enjoyed having the family we were traveling with up to enjoy the BBQ and nightly sunsets. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and place to any future travelers.

Beautiful location but issues with maintenance and property management

This unit is in an excellent location, the space is wonderful and the unit is tastefully decorated. The common areas of the property are clean and beautifully maintained. It's best feature is its spectacular view with incredible sunrise and sunset shows. We rented this property primarily because of the beautiful terrace depicted in the ad photos. That was not the reality that we encountered. Contrary to the ad photo, our patio had 1 broken table umbrella and table, 2 side tables, 6 chairs and 3 lounges. Don't even ask about the pool! The unit had not been properly prepared to accept guests. The end result being that the serenity, privacy and enjoyment of our holiday were grossly compromised by having to deal with maintenance issues and frequent repairmen in our unit. Our experience was that there is no proactive maintenance but rather a band-aide approach operation. We were subjected to constant breakdowns of under serviced and tired equipment. Enough said! As such there were constant maintenance problems which cannot be included in 2490 characters. The unit was superficially clean however no deep cleaning had taken place for some time including surfaces inside and out as well as linens that required replacement. Service was poor. When brought to property manager Arlene's (Shant's mother) attention, problems were addressed but most often with considerable hesitation and delay. Items that were in our contract were not provided ie: television reception and weekly cleaning. Upon our arrival at midnight we were unable to unlock the door with the code provided by Shant as Arlene had changed it that day. Water in the unit is undrinkable due to a not maintained filtering system yet there was not even a welcome bottle of drinking water. A positive attitude by the property manager towards guests, maintenance and service was not apparent. The four of us are seasoned travellers who have rented through Home Away dozens of times all over the world but never before have we encountered so many issues nor felt the need to submit a negative review. In good conscience we cannot recommend this property.

Wish I Could Recommend it, But...

Although I can't currently recommend it, this unit has lot going for it. The interior is attractive, the rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The patio is huge, well furnished, and provides an amazing view of the pools, the beach, and the coast, and is an amazing vantage point for enjoying the sunset. Unfortunately, as our visit (1st week of January '18), the unit was not in condition to be rented. We experienced the following issues: • Just about every bathroom sink and shower drain was extremely slow, and one of them emitted a terrible odor. • The bottom of the front door dragged heavily against the floor, making it very challenging- and loud- when opening or closing it. • The top rack of the dishwasher was missing a wheel, and could not be pulled open without derailing it. Loading and unloading it had to be done by reaching into the machine. • One light switch in the back bathroom was damaged- it sparked when switched to the “on” position, and the light would only go on for a moment each time it was engaged (maintenance fixed it when they came to check on the lack of water). The ceiling fan in that bathroom didn’t work, either. • 3 of 6 stove burners would not light unless lit with a hand lighter. The oven may or may not work- we were never able to get it to turn on. • The washing machine stopped working midway through our stay- the tub would not drain. Our experience with the property managers was mixed. They were quick to send someone when we let them know upon our arrival that 2 of the 4 AC units were not working, and when we woke to find there was no running water (that issue disappeared on its own). However, there was no toilet paper in the unit when we arrived, and while we’ve stayed many places that don’t include paper products, this is the only one that didn’t provide an initial roll, which was a problem when one of us arrived with stomach issues. The hot water heater was off on arrival. And the cost of the maid was very high. Notes- the condo complex lacks a restaurant or bar, so be prepared. And construction in the complex is still in full swing. The location, living space and patio view make this a unit I wish I could recommend. Instead, I suggest that before you make a decision on whether to rent it, you talk through the mentioned issues with the property manager. If you feel comfortable that they have been resolved, then this unit will be a great home base for your vacation.

ES UN FRAUDE LAS INSTALACIONES NO CORRESPONDEN A LAS FOTOS PUBLICADAS .

Llegamos a la propiedad y tiene muchos muebles en mal estado comenzando por un banco roto en la barra de cocina,sillas del comedor descompuestas no se diga de la terraza todos los camastro estaban rotos al igual que algunas sillas del comedor ,la alberca privada muy sucia ni siquiera la pudimos usar porque nos quejamos del estado de la misma y nunca la limpiaron ,sin funcionar un ventilador y las fotos que muestran en la página no son reales porque los muebles no se encuentran en ese estado. ES UN FRAUDE. Sin mencionar el mal trato y falta de seriedad de la propietaria,no lo recomiendo para nada porque nos cobraron por los daños que ya existían .

We stayed in this Amazing Penthouse two years ago. It is still one of the best vacations we have ever had. The pictures do not make justice for this property. Once you enter you will instantly love it. This penthouse has an amazing view. You appreciate Nuevo Vallarta lovely sunsets every day, while you are resting on your own private pool. We only went downstairs to swim on the beach, we really loved staying in this property. I loved the barbecue grill! I loved cooking to my family hamburgers, shrimps, steaks, you name it! The rooms are perfect for 6 people, very comfy and amazingly decorated. The kitchen has everything you need! I really liked staying in this Penthouse and would definitely stay again! I recommend it to all my friends that are looking for a great and relaxing vacation!

Nice unit but lots of construction going on

The unit was nice but lots of construction going on the next floor down. We had to park in a gravel parking lot used by the staff. It was kind of a pain to walk the whole length of both buildings just to get to the elevator to our floor. Bernie and the staff at the complex were very nice.

Incredible Property

Had an incredible time at the penthouse...Nothing like opening your eyes in the morning and the first thing you see is the ocean and sunrise.....and what a sunrise it is!! Friendly staff...immaculate quarters...and never ending natural beauty....Hard to believe all of that for such a great deal.

A view to die for!

Drop dead view. Beautiful condo layout, nicely appointed, and truly everything needed to make this a home away from home. Bernie was excellent, from the meet at the gate, to a few small issues that were dealt with quickly, he made the experience seamless and worry free.

Great condo!

This condo is beautiful! The 2 king bed suites are perfect. We had a great vacation. Shant was wonderful to work with as we juggled the dates for our trip. Bernie the property manager was very helpful. "Located in the middle of everything but close to nothing", is a perfect description of the location. Be prepared to grab a taxi (which is cheap) to go most anywhere. There are not any restaurants nearby as most of the hotels are all inclusive and you need advance reservations if they allow non guests to eat there. Bucerias has a lot of great options but is about 45 -60 minute walk to town center. All of the people we met around the pool were friendly and offered a lot of info about the area. The drawbacks we experienced had no reflection on the condo itself. The property to the south has a stage and they have nightly entertainment until at least 10 pm. It's loud! The stage faces the condo so you REALLY hear it. On Tuesdays it is karaoke - lots of drunk singing until 1 am! There is a constant "sewer" smell that is present unless the wind is blowing. Thank goodness there was wind from about 11 am - 5 pm! We were told they hope to hook up to the sewer system at some point. This condo is located centrally enough you can easily take a taxi north to Sayulita and south to PV for more exploring! We came home relaxed!

Fantastic Stay, Amazing Views

We stayed for four weeks and the condo was excellent. It was very spacious and the roof top deck was awesome! BBQing and preparing our own meals was real nice as you have everything you need within the kitchen and the condo. Upon our arrival the condo was very clean and it was cleaned weekly and the pool was checked and cleaned weekly too. Our daily walks down the beach or into Bucerias were great. The early morning sun rises coming up over the mountains were just as nice as the evening sun sets. However during our stay there was a fair amount of construction noise/jack hammering coming from the other tower. Shant was very easy to deal with and very pleasant to talk to on the phone. Bernie was great to work with on any condo issues that needed to be addressed during our stay. We would definitely consider returning back next year. Bernie, once again we just want to say "Thank You" for making our 28 Day Vacation Perfect! Stan, Tracy & Family

Spacious and beautifully decorated condo with private plunge pool on your deck!

We were very pleased with the rental at Acqua Flamingo. There was plenty of room for 2 couples and could easily accommodate 6 people. The deck/patio is huge and the private plunge pool is great. It's nice to be able to sit on your own private deck and be able to cool off without going all the way down to the pool. I would have liked more shade options on the deck as it was difficult for everyone to be under an umbrella in the heat of the afternoon - this is an easy fix which I'm sure has been rectified by now….we visited in November. The elevators were a bit slow and the hallway to the unit was very hot in the evenings (with people running their clothes dryers which vent into the hall) but overall the unit is great. The mega is about a $6 cab ride away or approx 20 minute walk - great selection of quality meat, produce and other groceries. The restaurants are not as close as I had hoped. You can walk to a few places on the beach but it's about 1/2 hour on the beach - hot during the day. Same thing on the street for dinner - November was very muggy and hot so not the greatest in your dinner attire. We are very active and walked almost everywhere but many would need to take a taxi. Wonderful views from the condo.

After many vacations to warm and sunny places, we fell in love with the Puerto Vallarta area. Oceanfront, with the mountains to the east, the huge, private terrace, with dipping pool and amazing ocean view! It has it all. Great shopping, wonderful beaches, quaint small towns, tons of activities on the clean, beautiful beach, that stretches for a 10 mile walk.

This 5,000 sf, stunning, tastefully decorated penthouse has 3 bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen), 3 bathrooms with showers, large kitchen, living room, and dining room, with doorwalls that open up fully onto the (3,000 sf) terrace with dipping pool. Patio furniture for sitting or sunning, lounge chairs and terrace dining table with 6 chairs. You can barbecue on your Weber, gas grill, and cook all your favorite barbeque meals. Each room has a fan....including the bathrooms. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom as well as the great room. Enjoy many dvd movies from our movie dvd collection on the flat screen tv in the great room or from the flat screen tv in the north side, master bedroom. This penthouse has it all!
