The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting.
The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

Great condo stay for 10 days!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is great! It was as described, clean, comfortable and stocked with the kitchen and bath stuff needed for an easy stay. We loved the location -- close enough to town, but far enough out to be quiet; and super close to the snorkel spot at Kahalu’u Beach Park! We also enjoyed the resturants at the nearby Keauhou Shopping Center -- including Bianellis and KenichiKnutson team was friendly, helpful and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a fantastic location away from it all. Very clean and well stocked, with beautiful furnishings. A ground floor wrap around lanai with multiple doors provies options for dining outdoor or indoor or just enjoying the view and the ocean breeze. We would definitely stay here again.The staff at Knutson & Associates Property Management were very helpful and friendly. There is a lot of Aloha here.

Surf and Racket club

This is a beautiful property in every respect but one that was a big factor in the ability to enjoy it. I am to blame since I did not recognize that there is no AC in the unit we rented! Knudson did all, they could to rectify the problem for us just did not work out for a group of 73 year old travelers!
