Perfect location,& immaculately clean

We enjoyed our stay with our son, daughter in law & 3 grandchildren. The condo was clean & comfortable. We loved the location. Our stay was relaxing & fun.

Great time, well kept condo. couldn't get any closer to the beach and gulf. stunning views, beautiful sunrises.

Great location and very quiet!

Toilets could have been standard at least because we were all over 70 years. Other than that we loved location and condo over all!

Love SGI

I have stayed at SGI many years and was very surprised at how nice this unit was. It was updated and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were nice, bathrooms nice and best of all was the ocean front and ease to the beach. Already re-booked for next year

Easy to work with and the rental is always what we expect and always clean. If there’s ever a maintenance problem, they respond quickly!

Best 50th Wedding Celebration with Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location for all the family! Easy trip to the beach. Easy trip to the pool. Very clean grounds. Great crab hunting. Beautiful sunrises, although our location, it was hard to see sunsets.

I sent a message on Aug 11 another on Aug 16, still no reply! We arrived found two roaches, one alive and one dying in the silverware drawers. Should have been checked prior to arriving! No blankets for pullout couch! The two throws we found were very thin well used with holes and Tears. Right as we pulled in my son came from the military to see us and was on his motorcycle the property manager standing in front of us before we got out of the car telling us that “old people” were next and in front of us! I AM an old person Sir! The bike was never revved as he put it! He literally pulled it in the space and left it there until checkout. I asked the gentleman next to us and he said no we were fine no problem! He did however tell us he could rev it infront of another unit as he didn’t like that guy! On Aug 16th I sent another message pleading for blankets and enquiring about the tiny blank ants we have been battling in kitchen getting into our food snacks! And the large red ants all over the deck outside at night! We could not sit out there they bite! Finally a reply and a blanket was delivered. We’ve stayed her before and I was questioning the two twin beds that were downstairs but the pictures show a bunk bed! Please fix this as all adults especially males don’t want to sleep in a top bunk! Had we’d known or been answered we could have planned better! We’ve been coming here for 24 years and this was our first disappointing visit!

Perfect week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect! Usually there is something that needs repair or that's just not right BUT nope everything was wonderful. Clean, updated and just step out onto the sand. Amazing views from both balconies. Just a note tho, there are a good many stairs if you are not physically well. By end of week I was used to them, no problem. This place is large with spacious main bedroom. I would absolutely rent again and use Gulf Coast Vac Properties as well. To sum up, the week was perfect!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice vacation condo. End unit. Very close to the beach (you literally have to walk only 100 feet from the back door to put down your chairs). Very clean. Everything worked. GCVP was very helpful/responsive when the internet went down one morning. If I had to make one suggestion I’d say to finish the decking between the parking pad and the back stairs so there would be room to store gear. It’s a small job - if they’d left the wood I would have done it myself one morning. All in all a great property.
