This area is really closed to the Diamond Head, Kapi olani Park.
You can enjoy a walk while feeling the nature at sunrise or sunset♪

-Beache: Just 3 min on foot!
-Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium
-Shopping, restaurants, night life etc

I would like to tell you some information about this listing room!
I hope it will help you choose a place to stay in Honolulu.

《As basic information on this room》
-Full-Furnished with:
Queen size bed, coffee table, chairs, couch, floor light, AC, TV(only Spectrum cable TV).

-Basic kitchenware：
Dishes, Glasses, Silver, Pan, Pot, Big refrigerator, Microwave, Portable stove etc.
There is a kitchen space and basic kitchenware.
But, to be honest, there is no general stove. I just put portable stove like picture.
Thus, it's slightly difficult to cook like your home.
However, you can enjoy a little cooking during your stay, not like hotel. In Waikiki, all ingredients are expensive. I hope this kitchen space will help you.

-Bath amenities:
Bath towel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap, Toilet paper, Hair dryer.
*No tooth blush, hair brush, shaver etc.
*We don't change your towel, bed sheets during your stay(and cleaning floor).

If you stay longer than 14nights, 2 towels are provided to each guest.
If you stay 13 nights or shorter, 1 towel is provided to each guest

-Private room:
This studio room is perfectly for you. You don't need to share bath room kitchen space with other guests in your room.
*Our floor is a small balcony. But this room faces next condominium balcony... If you want a room with good view, this room does not completely meet your expectations.

【Other Very Important Notes before booking】
＊This room is NOT HOTEL, HOTEL COND ROOM.＊
This condominium is normal building built in 1979 for mainly residence(*Airbnb is permitted).

So there is no hotel service like daily clean, 24hours front desk, leaving your luggages, security guard etc.
If guests expect a fancy, gorgeous building to stay like hotel, this condominium is difficult to meet your expectations.
Also, I ask to check below.
・Quiet hour begins at 10:00pm in Honolulu. I would like cooperation for the neighborhood.
・No party, No Smoking, No Drugs

《About Check-in》
This condominium prohibits to put a key box. So guests can not do self check in.
I or my support host directly give you keys on your check-in .
I set check in time between 4:00pm to 11:00pm.
We have to decide your check-in time after your reservation.

《We need to ask 2 info at the time of check-in》
-Names and phone number of all guest who will be styaing
-Emergency contact info (Name of the person & phone number)
It is because this building management request those and building uses it for building safety purpose.
This info is not for us.

《Not allowed to bring below items to your room by building rule》
Unfortunately, this building management prohibits all residence to bring Surfboard, Bicycle, Scooter to your room by the building rule.

Early check-in fee is $30+Tax

Late Check-out
until 12:30pm, late check out fee is $30+Tax
until 2:30pm, late check out fee is $60+Tax
after 2:30pm, late check out fee is 1 night fee

The closest store is ABC store.
It takes just 1min. You can buy foods, drink, souvenir etc.
Starbucks coffee is also 3mins from this condominium.
