The Blue Water Inn and Suites is a prime location in downtown Friday Harbor, just around the corner from the ferry dock!

If you are looking for a comfortable, clean room with a private bathroom, look no further. Leave your vehicle behind for the convenience of exploring on-foot or take a short walk to any of the shuttle or trolley pick up spots! This location is steps away from the delicious restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and parks that Friday Harbor offers.

You can relax and watch a movie in your private room with two queen beds, a full bathroom and porch.

This is the perfect spot for a solo traveler, couples, families or a group trip to San Juan Island. Rent a single room or multiple rooms for your experience on San Juan Island.

It was quiet from other guests but we met lovely people in the shared living spaces.

Well Im always a positive person but when you are told there is noise from the bar etc thats understandable. But a street sweeper at 4am everyday was absolutely unnecessary. 7ou cannot have your front windows open at all because of the noise most of the night. The room was so hot and stuffy. No AC. Make sure to bring your own shampoo etc if staying for more than a night. Dust under the bed and makeup on my towels. And the balcony faces the roof. No table and chairs. Very minimal room. No closet to hang clothes. Will not stay here again.

Right in the middle of everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation rental it was in a perfect location to easily get to everything, it was clean and nicely laid out. Things to note no ac which it says in the ad and they do not provide shampoo or soap to plan a head had to buy stuff at the store. It would also benifit from black out blinds

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a last minute place to stay. A trip that was suppose to be just my husband and I turned into a family trip. I didn’t realize the rental was above a Chinese food restaurant and after booking I got kind of nervous but needed a place. It was surprisingly not stinky. They have a bunch of those air purifies so I’m sure that helped. It was clean and updated. Us being from Texas I wish there would have been AC but that’s not a thing there. Some actual patio furniture on the patio would have been nice. It was just those folding lawn chairs. There was a room marked laundry room. It wasn’t locked but I wasn’t sure we were aloud to use it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location if you don’t have a vehicle. Very short walk from ferry terminal and close to everything downtown. Seems to be newly renovated so very clean. Commons area is nice with everything you need for cooking. The only issue is traffic noise when the ferry comes in, it can be loud if you need to have the window open. With no air conditioning that can be an issue in the summer. Overall, would stay there again.

Downtown location with charm

The units are either new or just renovated. Still has the new smell. Very clean and awesome setup! Super comfy beds. We have a family of four and it was perfect for us. Super convenient. Don’t let the “no parking spot” scare you. We always found a daytime spot right out front, and an overnight spot just a couple blocks away. We stayed four nights and had an amazing time!

Friday Harbor getaway

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is new, quite nice, right in town. We didn’t have much luck getting the ROKU TV to work. Maybe it’s just an island situation, but in a town where the sidewalks roll up at 9pm, it would have been nice to be able to watch a movie. We also had an issue getting hot water in the kitchen for washing dishes. I had trouble with the combo locks. It seemed the keypad was sensitive to how/where they were pressed. The room was sparse. Would be nice to have a couple of chairs and a small table, not just have the bed to sit on.
