Beautiful old town/Romantic Zone home with wonderful views. Sit on the balcony and watch fireworks from the Pirate Ship each night and wake up to coffee and relaxation. It is easy to walk down the steps to town for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A simple $4.00 USD cab ride can take you back home so there is no need to rent a car. If you want to dine in, there are many restaurants that will deliver food.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this beautiful spot. The location is excellent if you don't mind walking a bit to get to the beach and downtown. It's less than a mile. We've stayed in the Romanic Zone about 6 times and this was our favorite spot so far. The condo is very comfortable and had all the amenities. Casey was very responsive to texts and was a great host. We would definitely look to stay here again!

Lovely hillside location with an amazing view. Very comfortable, quiet and roomy accommodations with the bedrooms on the second floor (one bedroom with a great view also). It's just a few minutes' walk down to town and a quick and inexpensive Uber ride back up the hill. Casey, the host, was always very responsive. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

A good spot!

The location was great and close to everything, and the beds were comfortable. It is high up on the hillside – almost 200 steps to get from the bottom gate at the property up to our apartment- so a hike. We kept home a lot, which was fine, but I did not realize that when we booked. Casey was easy to communicate with. We could’ve used a bit more clarification with the check-in process, but we did get in quite easily in the end.All in all a good experience.

Great location, great property

Our family of 3 stayed in PV for about a week and we used this as our homebase. Conveniently located near Zona Romantica, but not TOO close. We enjoyed the exercise getting back to the place each day. We also enjoyed the great ocean views (we saw whales from the balcony!) and saw the fireworks displays from the balcony on New Years Eve. It was perfect for either couples or families. Lots of space, plus amenities to either eat in or eat out.

3 floor condo - Amazing views!!!

This is a very special condo with a great 3 floor layout. (...although the 3rd floor roof deck is not really maximized... a BBQ would be amazing!) Small complex... quiet... friendly... we basically had the pool to ourselves daily. The views are stellar! (no sunsets though!) There are 214 steps from the lower Hwy road up to the unit however that was not a surprise nor a challenge for our us. We spent a total of 3 weeks at this condo. It has obviously been well-loved over the years and is chock full of many items peppered all around the unit and within much of the closet space.... we moved stuff out of the way to accommodate us. Excellent WIFI... Netflix... etc. The kitchen is well equipped... very good knives... many ceramic plates are chipped and could use a culling... very good stove & fridge (we love to shop the local markets and cook often). Getting jugs of water delivered was impossible (not sure why?) so we purchased from the OXXO and took a cab up. Cleaner (Isabel) came once a week (Thurs)... we tipped 200 pesos... she was excellent! I'm used to having a book / pamphlet that outlines and answers any & all questions however that was lacking and the Property MGR was less than responsive... & not that friendly. Casey (owner) was quick to respond and did her best to help. Overall we really enjoyed our stay... this is my 10th visit to PV which is a magical place... great amount of space in this unit however we felt it would benefit from some upgrading. Thx!

Wonderful condo close to everything in Zona Romantica

My friends and I stayed here for 5 nights and we had an absolutely comfortable experience. The property comes with everything you may need along two awesome private outdoor areas with gorgeous views. Yes, there are lots steps to climb but they are quite convenient. Alternatively, an uber ride back to the apartment from anywhere in Zona Romantica is about $3-4. The owner was very easy to reach and responsive. We had one request at the beginning of our stay and that was immediately accommodated. Would love to come back!

Comfy cozy lovely views

We really felt comfortable in this condo with a lovely view. The property managers were super responsive - met us the night we got in, answered every question via text within minutes usually. The place is clean, well stocked and had a bit of everything you need. Highly recommended. Although at high on the hill, there is a great restaurant in the Marcela resort a short walk away and we had several excellent, reasonably priced meals there as well as enjoying their pool at the same time.

Great stay in PV

We enjoyed our stay at Casey’s place, and Casey was a great host. She was friendly, easy to contact, and very accommodating about a late checkout time. Though there were just 2 of us, the 2-level condo was roomy and could easily accommodate more. We had everything we needed, and a cleaning person came as scheduled to keep it tidy. The unit has a great view over Puerto Vallarta and the bay beyond (fireworks every night!) and there’s a balcony for taking it all in. We regularly enjoyed the birds, and even saw whales one morning from the balcony. The building is well-maintained with a pool that we mostly had to ourselves. We took the stairs to go down into town and usually back up—there are a lot of them! But it’s easy to Uber or taxi back from town if all the stairs aren’t for you. We’d recommend Casey’s place to anyone who wants to be out of the hustle and bustle yet within easy walking distance of the Romantic Zone and the beach. Those who crave a view and don’t mind a trek up and down will enjoy it the most.

Great family vacation

We had a great vacation in PV at this property. It has plenty of space with a large living room, 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a nice sized patio. There's a rooftop too, but there's not much up there, and we didn't use it. The location is great. We walked to the beach and Los Muertos area every day. It's not too far, but has a lot of stairs. There's a shortcut that cuts down by the pool and comes out near the highway. Just be VERY careful crossing at the crosswalk. The place is pretty quiet for the most part, although there's a nearby pool club that was very loud into the early morning hours around New Years +/- a day. Otherwise, it was peaceful the rest of our stay. The amenities are good. Plenty of clean towels, sheets, and dishes. There's a small kitchen, which we didn't use much. The internet is screaming fast with an awesome Ubiquiti network. The ability to stream Spotify on the Sonos system was definitely a plus! The condo pool was usually shady and cold, so only our youngest used it. Tip - there's a new resort a few buildings down the hill (Marcela). They have awesome food and will let you use their amazing pools as long as you order food/drinks or use their Spa. We went there a few times, and the service was awesome. The beach club at La Palapa was a great way to spend the day. We booked loungers on the beach and enjoyed food and drinks all day. Food choices nearby are endless. Our favorites were Tacos Revolution, El Dorado, La Palapa, Martini en Fuego, Puro Peru, Restaurant Taqueria Guipis (amazing tacos and alambres), and Taqueria La Hormiga (best Al Pastor). Thank you to our host, Casey, and the property manager Isela! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great

This is a great property. The view of the city and bay is incredible. The pictures show the property off very well. The first floor with kitchen, dining room, living room and patio is beautiful. There is also a full bath. The upstairs has two bedrooms that are separated by a hall and another full bath accessed from both rooms. It’s a wonderful place to stay above the Romantic zone. We would walk down to the beach and restaurants and take a taxi up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this property for your stay.

Magnificent view of Banderas Bay

We really enjoyed our 13-night stay. The best part is the magnificent view of Banderas Bay from the terrace. Daytime, dinner time, any time. February temps are 70s and low 80s. Open the patio doors, and the main door (with gate locked) for a pleasant cross-breeze. We did not use a/c downstairs at all. The unit is just as described. Comfortable living area, small kitchen but functional, and main floor bathroom. A spiral staircase leads up to two bedrooms with a bathroom shared between them. Both had adequate storage. One bedroom also has a great view of Banderas Bay. Location is a plus and a minus. Being on the hills above the highway makes the view great, and the neighborhood pretty quiet. However, by foot it takes over 200 steps from the condo to the highway. We walked down those stairs many times, it was good exercise! But we always took a taxi (about $4 USD) to return home.

Spacious and quiet

Airy and bright, this was a great spot to return to after a day of exploring. The hill was easier to navigate on foot than some of the reviews led me to believe - and I'm over 60. Very responsive host.

Nice property

Condo is on the hills at the south end of old town. Beautiful views. 15 minute walk to beach, 180 stairs for your return. Take a taxi, about 70 pesos. Nice bird life in tree cover below. Didn’t try the pool as never in the sun. Had some problems with having correct keys, but owner responded quickly and corrected the situation. Jack and Jill bath between two upper bedrooms and bath in main floor. If you have problems with stairs this condo not for you. Spiral staircase to get to two upper floors. Rooftop patio not set up for use. Main floor patio is very nice and usable. We would rent again

The most incredible view!

The property had an incredible view of Puerto Vallarta and the bay, and the location was convenient to most everything. The walk down the hill was good exercise, but we always took a taxi going back up, as it is quite steep. Overall, a wonderful property!

Loved it!!!

The condo is exactly as described and pictured and located in close proximity to the beach and town. The property is located atop a hill and there are several staircases that take you into town. The walk down is lovely and the walk back helps you walk off all the incredible food and cocktails. I actually lost 3 lbs! This condo is perfect for a family-there is a pool that remains shaded for most the day, and a roof top Sun deck that is drenched with sun. Best of both worlds. I can’t say enough about Casey, the owner. She was prompt with responses to any questions and helpful with suggestions about things to do as a family. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Amazing!! :)

Casey was super responsive and helpful in every way. The condo is exactly as described and more. The condo was clean and had lots of towels and linens including big beach towels. Kitchen is well equipped and dishes and pots and pans are newer. The fridge is full size and kept things as cold as at home. A nice surprise was 2 showers, one in the main level bath as well. The deck was wonderful and the view is more spectacular than the pictures. There is no sun on that side of the building but it was bright and still warm all evening with comfy chair pads to sit on, same with the pool deck. There is a top deck above the master bedroom that gets lots of sun. The sun floods in the condo with the inside wooden entry door open every morning. The king beds are very comfortable and not usual in many rentals. The bedrooms are large and there is room for all your belongings in drawers and in closets. The plumbing worked well with water pressure for flushing. This condo has it's own in unit hot water tank instead of a shared one on the roof. It is small but we never ran out of hot water. The washer and dryer are new and worked very well. The internet was flawless. We didn't turn on the TV the deck and view were too nice but there is Netflix if you want to watch TV. Getting to the ocean and Old Town centre was quick by way of stairs many of them with lush and tall plants and trees and flowers. If you can't do stairs no worries the cabs only cost $4.00 each way. I'm probably leaving some things out because there are so many great things about this place to mention. Thank you Casey for a wonderful stay :) Lisa and James

Beautiful Condo with a stunning view

This place is amazing... It is beautifully decorated and very spacious; it has an incredible view from the main floor and from the upstairs master bedroom; there is everything you could possibly need for cooking & dining; the master bed is super comfortable and the location is perfect, since it's close enough to walk to the beach, yet far enough away from all the noise downtown. Plus - it was a pleasure doing business with the owner, who was very accomodating & helpful. Can't wait to go back!!!
