This particular condo has one bathroom located inside the bedroom, and the layout and amenities are outlined in the listing so guests can make sure it’s the right fit before booking. The HOA also does not allow us to install an electronic lock on the door, so a lockbox is the required access method for this property. As for the beach, most areas along the Gulf Coast do not allow dogs directly on the sand. Pensacola is one of the few destinations with designated dog beaches, which gives guests a chance to enjoy the coastline with their furry family members. VRBO also charges its own service fee when a reservation is booked through their platform, which is separate from the cost of the stay.
