Fantastic Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this location. We previously owned a property on the complex and wanted to go back with the extended family. House was perfect for the 7 adults and 3 children. Would highly recommend. We are already planning next year's trip.

This home is beautiful and has everything you will need in the kitchen and for the beach. The pool heater wasn’t working properly but it was fixed and the host even stopped by to make sure everything was working. We appreciated that and would stay here again.

Summer House was everything we hoped for and more! The layout of the house was perfect for our multigenerational family. The decor was beautiful and the home was filled with light! We especially enjoyed the double washers and dryers as well as the abundance of kitchen appliances, utensils and pots and pans. The private pool right outside the sliding glass doors was enjoyed during early mornings and late afternoons. Every kind of beach chair, umbrella and sand toy could be found in the garage. We had a wonderful experience and plan to return next summer!

New, beautifully decorated and spacious! Kitchen was fabulous and completely stocked with the best appliances and accessories. They thought of everything! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic Beach House

The house was stocked with everything we needed.

The home has a great floor plan; it was clean, beautiful, and furnished perfectly. The owner put great thought into their furnishings and contents and did not cut corners on quality. The kitchen was well stocked, with any minor appliance you could imagine. There was everything you needed for the beach or the pool. If you’re considering renting, go ahead, you won't regret it.

My husband and I spent 7 weeks. House was beautiful and very clean and well stocked. Neighborhood very nice. Getting through gate is a pain as you have to stop and wait in line each time you enter. Lots of condo traffic around neighborhood. Issues were with pool heating (owner controls remotely and heats on a schedule so pool is cold every AM and not warm until afternoon). It’s not on a constant heat schedule. Also inside AC is also remotely owner controlled. When we told them sleeping at 70 degrees was too hot, we were told to “just open a window”. The windows had no screens.

Family Vacation Filled with Memories!

Summer House is beautiful and we all looked forward to our second stay at this amazing home. We loved the Candy Night at the Beach , golf cart rides to pool and beach and garbage take out. We all enjoyed the house pool, community pools, beach and workout room. This year several family members loved walking the neighborhood.
