The master bedroom has a king sized bed, which can be separated into twin beds, full bath and opens to the screened in deck facing the lake and 17th fairway at the famed True Blue Golf Club. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, which can be separated into twin beds and is adjacent to the second full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer and dryer.
Discover your home away from home on beautiful Pawleys Island, SC. This 2-bedroom, smoke-free condo located on the award winning True Blue Golf Course, is truly a paradise! This condo is one flight up and separated from the other units with a vaulted sun filled great room affording you comfort and privacy. Relax on the spacious screened in deck after a day on the beach, golfing, shopping or sightseeing viewing the lake, wild life and spectacular sunsets. The condo is tastefully decorated with TV's in every room along with an HD Flat screen TV with DVR located the great room. There is a complimentary WIFI connection. The condo is steps away from the pool and hot Tub which is one of our 5 pools, tennis courts and top rated golf school. Enjoy a great breakfast, lunch and happy hour at the True Blue Clubhouse.
True Blue Golf Club along with its sister course, Caledonia Golf Club, which is located across the street are rated in the top 100 greatest public courses in America by Golf Digest, Golf Magazine and Golfweek. There are 9 great golf courses located within 3 miles, along with an additional 120 courses within a short driving distance.

History abounds in Pawleys Island, as it is the oldest seaside community in America. Once the summer homes of the great plantation owners, Pawleys Island remains a serene, gentile getaway. Whatever you’re looking for you’ll find it here. Truly a family’s playground. A golfers, boaters and fisherman dream. Public beaches are located within a 5 minute drive. True Blue is a terrific place to stay!

We loved staying at the condo for nearly 3 weeks! It looks right out onto the golf course (17th hole). It is a beautiful, quiet setting. This spacious condo is like being at home with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Nice area

The property is a great location it is close to shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and has a great view of the True Blue golf course. The host is fast to respond to any question you have.

True Blue Review

This condo was just what my husband and I needed for an enjoyable vacation stay. It was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the golf course from the screened-in porch. The owner was very communicative and provided helpful information about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable stay!

My husband, 2 children, and I stayed almost 2 weeks here and it was wonderful! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Also very spacious. The area is quiet and peaceful. The owner was very helpful with everything and accommodating! We were looking for a place that wasn't in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle, but still close enough to enjoy the activities there and we found it here!

Lovely place in the heart of golfing area of Pawleys Island

We had a great stay. Thanks to Mickey, the host, for great communication, prompt replies, et al. He was very detailed which I appreciated One of my best VRBO experiences. The condo location has ample access to everything one would need w/in just a short drive. Great restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. I would definitely stay here again if I have a future pawleys island visit.

The Best Condo in the Best Area

Spent 4 days of fun. From the beach, restaurants and golf to the amazing rock concerts in Myrtle Beach. The host was gracious and accomodating. The condo was immaculate and well stocked. What a blast. Can't wait to return to this wonderful place..

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and well maintained as advertised. It was very convenient to the golf school. The view of the golf course was beautiful and we spent every evening on the screened porch! The owner was very helpful, there was lots of information about things to do and places to go provided. True Blue Condo

This is our first time staying at this location - though we have been going to Pawleys Island for years (my wife has been going for 47 years). We plan on making this our new "go-to" place to stay. The condo was very nice and very clean. The communication with the owner, Mickey, couldn't have been better. Truly a pleasure - Thank you!

Another Fantastic Stay!

My wife and I stayed in Dominick's (Mickey's) beautiful condo a second time, the week of October 10th. Everything was perfect. The condo was immaculate, the location is perfect and Mickey "goes the extra mile" to ensure his guests are taken care of. We plant to come back a 3rd time!! Thank you Mickey!!

Owner is the best!

We had yet another wonderful week in Pawley’s Island! This condo has everything you could possibly need. The owner, Micky, has been very thorough in equipping the unit, and is very concerned about his guests’ comfort. He is very easy to contact, which made it nice! Beautifully decorated, ample space, close to the beach, great restaurants, and of course golf!

True Blue Golf Resort awesome vacation rental!

We stayed at the True Blue Golf Resort on Pawleys Island from June 17- the 21st. The condo was beautifully well kept, clean, and in a great location. The pool was within walking distance and the beach was not far. My 3 year old and 9 month old loved playing on the screened in balcony and swimming in the pool. The owner of the property was helpful and left us everything we needed, including info on things to do and where to go. I would stay again in a second.

EXCELLENT!!!!

If you are thinking about staying in "Mickey's 2nd home" please do! Here's proof - I just came back from my 4th stay. The condo is well-appointed, CLEAN, and the owner and property manager could not be nicer. It is also a nice benefit, having one of the pools right across the street, in the warm weather. Looking out my calendar to book my 5th stay!!

Exactly as Represented

Dare I say it? Perfect! Immaculately clean, beautiful modern decor with comfortable furnishings, everything we needed and nothing that we didn't, making it a perfect stay. Couldn't ask for a friendlier, more attentive and responsive host who sincerely cared that we enjoy our stay.

Wonderful Condo!

Mickey who owns this condo was very nice and helpful. He answers all of your questions and is there whenever u need him. The condo is very clean, decorated beautifully (my taste lol), and the view outside was breathtaking. If we come to SC again I will definitely love to stay here! Thank you for a wonderful week! Wonderful Property!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Such a nice, clean, well maintained home. The screened in deck overlooking the golf course and lake was very relaxing. Just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the beach. Mickey was so easy to communicate with, and he provided so much information to make your stay enjoyable. Definitely would return in the future. You have to try his home. Two thumbs up!

very clean and nicely decorated. Excellent signage to help navigate thru unit ( kitchen TV bath towels etc...) Had a nice conversation with owner prior to arrival . Manager near by if needed (we didn't ) Nice 2nd story view thru trees of golf course. Had dinner several times on screened porch.

Our First Visit to Pawley's Island

The past few years we have tried the low country of South Carolina and decided to stay a hundred miles or so North this time in the Grand Strand. We did NOT visit Myrtle Beach, however. We were not disappointed in choosing this VRBO as the location is optimal for us golfing in February. Mickey is awesome to deal with and we would consider working with him again in the future. The unit is an end unit with more windows than others in the block, so that is nice. Appliances are dated but fully functional, beds are comfortable and the HVAC is perfect.

Had a really nice week at a really nice place

My wife, son, mother-in-law and I spent a week here and it was great. Clean, well furnished with all the comforts of home plus a really nice patio and a pool across the street. There is plenty of room so you're not on top of each other all the time. Sitting on the screened patio with a Diet Coke in the morning or in the evening with an "adult beverage" was a pleasure. My son liked the pool and we took advantage of it almost every evening. Mickey and Carol were very responsive to any questions we had. Local information on attractions, shopping and restaurants were provided. Would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to doing it again.

This place was perfect for us

My husband and I were here with my daughter and niece and the place was perfect for us. The kitchen was well supplied with pots/pans/dishes - even the things I always forget and hate to buy like dishwasher detergent and salt/pepper. Loved the convenience of the washer/dryer for washing the (supplied) beach towels and swimsuits. I enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and watching the poor hacks (like me!) look for their lost golf balls on the 17th fairway. :-) We would definitely come here again.

Comfy and beachy

We have stayed the last six years up and down the Grand Strand. This rental was the most relaxed, beautiful condo we have stayed at. The view from the balcony with coffee in the morning was so peaceful. The kitchen was fully appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We had brought our own beach towels, but Mickey provided beach towels and even chairs and umbrella when requested as it's just a short car drive to the beach. My husband is very picky about accommodations, so I make sure each place we stay has a recliner in the living room for his evening "rest" lol. This is the first time we've stayed in MB area where he has said "we would definitely stay here again" and that says a lot!

Great place to get away.

Mickey the owner and John the property manager were great. Felt very much at home in the middle of the Covid19 breakout. Nicky was very accommodating and wife was happy here(always important) As far as the accommodations all was good. We did have a lighting strike a number of buildings down which fried the cable box and TV. John was right over got the cable folks to replace the box, got a temporary TV up Ian’s running in a couple of hours, could not have asked for more. Will come back here again in the future.

Great Vacation

I had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would do it again. The condo was everything I could have hoped for and much more. The condo is well maintained and you can feel the love when you first walk in, the smells of the grass from the golf course and the floor plan is second to none and well keeped, very clean. I felt at home and had a hard time leaving after two weeks may family and I didn't want to go home. I want to thank the owner again for renting to me and my husband and two childern ,the price per week is very affortable for what you get. I've paid twice the amount and recieved less in the pass for other condos. Can't wait to return, thanks again. The Synder"s

We are a retired couple that have raised our family. I was a software developer and my wife is still teaching early elementary part time. We love the condo and the community it's in. We spend a lot of time and consider it our second home. We may relocate there someday. Hope you will respect our home as we do.. My prediction is that you will return.

We have been coming down to this area for 20 years. It's out of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach yet if we choose to, we can enjoy that hustle and bustle. There are shows, shopping, restaurants, golf, fishing and let's not forget the ocean beaches just 5 minutes away. We often take our bicycles to the ocean. We are very happy with the decision to buy here.
