Great for Families!

This private home has had an extensive kitchen, dining and living room remodel and is located in the gated community of Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. It is a third row house only a minute walk to the beach! The house is 3 bedrooms and 3 private ensuite bathrooms with a newly remodeled open concept, spacious living, kitchen, dining room area. The guest rooms open onto a fenced, shared patio area, and the master has it's own private patio area. The master has a King size bed, one guest room has a king size bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There is also a twin roll-away bed available.

The Newly Renovated Tower Beach Park, across the street, provides bathrooms, grills, a covered pavillion, picnic tables and a shaded walk to and from the beach. South Beach Marina is only a short walk from the house and has restaurants, outdoor live music and entertainment for the kids during the season. South Beach is the home of The famous Salty Dog restaurant and T-shirt store and much more. Hop on the open air trolley at South Beach and ride to the the famous Harbour Town Lighthouse and shopping area. It is a gorgeous harbour with beautiful yachts, restaurants' shopping, cruises, fishing and all types of water sports.

Annual vacation

Second time at this location, it is the perfect setup and distance for anyone wanting to stay close, to easily walk to the beach, and have a laid back environment. Thankful for the 3 bathrooms and amenities including kids books and games/ puzzles to play. Lovely home away from home.

Great sea pines stay

A perfect spot for two small families or one large family. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. spacious dining/living area. Directly across the street from Tower Beach. Not much more you could ask for at the price point.

Nothing short of AMAZING!

This is my second time staying at this property, and both times it did not disappoint. The fact that it is a five minute walk to the beach, less than five minutes to Salty Dog's and the South Beach Pool all made it worthwhile! Communication with the property manager was great! She was prompt and attentive. The property was clean, well furnished with lots of amenities, and easy to find. We will return to Hilton Head and stay here again.Thank you for helping us create lifelong memories!!!

I am frequent visitor to HHI but usually stayed up island. I loved South Beach and the house was perfect!

Hinton Head Beach Visit

Overall it was a nice property- as advertised close to Tower Beach and South Beach- no real issues as it's a beach house- the owners were very prompty to reply to some lock issues- We enjoyed our stay

Perfect Beach Hideaway

The home is lovely and very nicely maintained. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which was great for guests. It was literally across the street from the beautiful Tower beach with showers and restrooms. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Beautiful, clean, and a great location!

We loved One Particilar Harbor! The setup was perfect for our family of four and so kid friendly. There were even toys and children’s books available which meant less to pack for us. We would love to stay here again!

Love it!

We have stayed here before and love the condo and location. There might be a couple of items that could be updated, ie, mattresses, ceiling fans, but overall, a great spot!

Spacious home and great location

The beach was just a simple walk across the street from the property. The location was peaceful to be in the Salty Dog area of Sea Pines . Nice bike ride (which could be rented at Salty Dog) to Harbour Town. The house was nice and spacious and nicely decorated and furnished.

Great location with a fair price point

Pros: Amazing location! Short walk to beach and restaurants/shops. Open concept with nice sized bedrooms. Remodeled kitchen and master bathroom. Board games and beach toys are plentiful. Cons: Musty smell. Needs a serious deep clean (steam clean carpets—probably actually need carpets replaced, wipe down walls, etc). WIFI inconsistent in bedrooms. The two bathrooms not pictured majorly need an update (one bathtub is stuck on shower mode, the other bathtub doesn’t drain fast enough while showering and you stand in water, mold high on shower walls/shower curtain, one toilet tank has duct tape on it).

Great family spot

My husband and adult son and daughter and I loved our vacation at Claire’s house! It was the perfect size for us, giving us plenty of room as well as privacy with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very well stocked with beach chairs, lots of games and puzzles, and books both on the beach and to keep us occupied during a rainy afternoon. We will definitely be back!

The location is perfect. Quick walk to the beach. Plenty to do in Sea Pines. Claire was quick to respond. Her home was absolutely beautiful and felt very "home"y. The family and I plan to come back again in the future! :)

Great location next to beach

We loved the location, directly across the street from the boardwalk leading to the beach. The beach itself is very quiet, with access more or less only for the people who live, walk, or bike there. As for the house itself, the exterior could use a bit of upkeep, and there is a slight musty smell in the house. The interior was clean and comfortable. Overall, our trip was very enjoyable.

Beautiful Renovation

We stayed at this property before the new owners bought it. Now that the kitchen has been remodeled and the flooring has been updated, it is perfect for our family. We love the easy access to the beach and the close proximity to South Beach Marina. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Would start again

Bedrooms are huge. House was clean. Well stocked kitchen, toy closet, books, puzzles & games. Charcoal grill. Walk right across the street to beach area with restrooms, porch swings, covered picnic area. The community pool was closed for construction during our visit but we’ve used it in the past and it’s very convenient & family-oriented. Nice quiet area.

Perfect location

This was our first time staying this far into Sea Pines and loved it! The location was perfect. Easy 5 minute or less walk to the beach and easy walk to Salty Dog. We had an issue on day 1 with the washing machine. Clair sent a repair man out the very next morning and he determined it needed replaced and a replacement washing machine was installed the next day!

Great House. Better Location.

We've been spoiled. This was our first time staying on Sea Pines and I'm not sure we'll stay anywhere else. The house is right across the street from the Tower Beach access and a 3 minute bike ride to Salty Dog. We went to Salty Dog 5 times in 6 days...We might have a problem. Great house. Roomy.

Great spot on South Beach

Excellent location. Super quick walk to Tower Beach. Awesome kitchen. Great updated master bath. Nice natural lighting. Good spot for 2-3 couples or even two families with kids. AC and all appliances worked great. Quick shot to bike trail, ~3 mi bike ride to Harbor Town and Sea Pines pool. $60 if you want a family pool pass for the week, tennis also not included. Lock feature on the door was great. Very quiet street. Great option, thank you!

Great location and spacious

We definitely enjoyed our stay here! Great location close to the South Beach pool and racket club. An awesome place with five star potential but just needs a few touch-ups to get me there. Pros: spacious for 6 of us, very clean…especially kitchen, Roku TVs in each room, great location with short walk to beach and bike to South Beach Racket club and marina, beds comfortable, fun games and beach stuff. Really nice place overall. Cons: furnishings a bit “rustic” and some minor disrepair, outside a bit overgrown and unkempt, some dishes chipped, slow drainage on one of the tubs, kind of a weak water heater, a broken tile in kitchen, the little rugs in kitchen and bathrooms weren’t great.

Surpassed expectations

The property was a wonderful experience and I recommend it wholeheartedly. From the communication at the beginning of the process until the day we checked it, the entire experience surpassed expectations. Claire was timely in her communication and made the check in process as smooth as silk. The location of the property was convenient to all we wanted to do- the beach access was a short walk across the street and Salty Dog was a quick bike ride down the smooth paths of Sea Pines. The property itself was comfortable, open, and had all the amenities you need to have a relaxing vacation away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at “One Particular Harbor” and look forward to returning.

Not clean

After driving 4 hours we had to clean everything…dried up food on kitchen table, spaghetti string on back of table runner urine around toilets, kitchen drawers all needed to be wiped down looked like a liquid had been spilled down them. Other than that great location, ample space.

Great Stay! What a Relaxing Weekend at the Beach

Very nice, well kept and clean! Our stay was to relax and get away and this definitely did the trick. Very comfortable and inviting, the owners were more than helpful in providing information and ensured that the home was in perfect shape for our arrival. Each bedroom with it's own bathroom, what a plus and the shower had great water pressure. Each bedroom also has it own patio and the family/living room a patio as well fully equipment with a grill and bicycles for riding around [great savings instead of having to rent one]. Plenty of entertainment, great large screen TV and plenty of board and card games. Peaceful and relaxing. Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach for sunrise and/or sunset. The kitchen while a little on the small side was more than well equiped, plenty of pans, the basic staples for seasoning, plenty of dishes and glasses for those who like to cook, like me! Just 3 short blocks and a beautiful walk or bicycle ride up to Salty Dog's for dinner or just a drink. The weekend entertainment was very good and there are some great little boutique shops. There are also several other eateries and a very nice picnic area. The area is just beautiful and no car is needed unless you plan to go into the main HHI area(s). But just a short 15 minute drive gets you into the hustle-and-bustle if that's your thing. There are also tennis courts and of course golf - definitely something for everybody no matter what your taste.
