NoBe - Located on the oceanside of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany. This duplex offers ocean and bay views with easy access to a private access beach. Experience fine dining, shopping and boardwalk activities in the town of Bethany Beach. Also close to Dewey, Rehoboth Beach and Ocean City, Md. ***2020 new hard surface flooring on 1st and 3rd levels. Second level has existing wooden floors.

This airy and bright retreat offers 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, 1 half-bath, outdoor shower, 2 enclosed decks, gourmet kitchen, washer-dryer, WiFi internet, gas BBQ, 4 TVs and lots more.

The kitchen features granite counter tops and is equipped with everything for the experienced cook. Eat inside or outside on the deck and watch the sunset. Bar stools at the kitchen counter too.

Linens and towels are NOT included but are available for additional charge of $160 (excluding beach towels). Also, there is a rental agency that rents everything from cribs, highchairs, linens and towels.

The owner KC was so attentive to all of our questions and request. The property is awesome, and met all of our expectations for a beach rental. I would definitely rent this house again. It was everything you could want and need for a vacation rental.

Family of 10 - All ages… beautiful house , beach decor, amenities, view of ocean and bay! The pictures don’t show of the amount of space the house has - large kitchen, rooms , closets, bathrooms, decks. All areas were spacious and sunny! Absolutely stunning layout :) Communication with homeowner was beyond any expectations from a host. From Pre-booking to Final day responsiveness was efficient. We will take our memories with us , knowing that we will come back and make more :)

Perfect place

With the beach just steps away from this wonderful rental, we enjoyed watching the sunrise before starting the day. Clean and spacious, the well-equipped kitchen, lots of towels and sheets, a washer, dryer, outdoor shower, and comfortable beds are just some of the features we liked. We rented 2 umbrellas from the recommended vendor and suggest others do the same. The company dropped them off before we arrived and picked them up after we left. The property had only 1 beach, but we brought our own, so it wasn't a problem for us. Tower Shores is a quiet, wonderful community and well worth a visit for those who want to relax and enjoy the beach. We'll be back!

very comfortable home

The home is located in Bethany and on the ocean side of highway 1 - the Coastal Highway. It is a short walk perhaps 150 yards to the beach which does not have life guards. The house itself is large: two bedrooms on the top floor with king beds, each with its own bath. The middle floor is the main living area with a large kitchen and living room and medium size dining room but there is also counter space to seat people. The floor below that has 3 bedrooms: 2 with two twins each and a queen bed in the third bedroom which has its own bathroom while the twin bed rooms share a bathroom. The entrance is one floor below. This home has lots of stairs so if that is a problem look elsewhere. For us it was fine. The wifi worked well though out the home. The home was very clean and the owner easy to deal with. The question to ask- would you rent this home again and my answer is yes.

Excellent in every way! We'd return!

We had 8 adults plus a 4 year old stay over the July 4th week. We'd definitely return!!! The place is clean and bright throughout, just be aware if it really matters that there are only minimimal sliver views of the Atlantic. The front deck on the main (3rd) floor does have a bay side view in the distance and nice colorful sunsets over a roof. This is only a half dozen doors from the beach access and you can hear the surf. Extremely fast responses from the host to each of our questions. Lots of stair climbing. The top (4th) floor has two master suites with King beds (incl linen) and one had a twin bed in the closet that we used for the toddler. The 3rd floor is the main living level and having the front porch screened in was great for not having bug problems. Kitchen is fully stocked. The second floor has two bedrooms with two twins in each, a bathroom between, and in the front is a large BR with queen mattress and bath. That one also has a screened porch. The ground level has an indoor shower for washing off sand, but outside there is a shower behind the building. There's an outside closet with everything you need to not bring your own beach stuff. When we left there were 8 chairs, many of which were fairly new Tommy Bahamas, two kiddie pools, a plastic shower curtain for creating a kiddie pool in the sand, two or three beach umbrellas, plenty of boogie boards and lots of beach toys for smaller kids. It's a duplex and our side was able to fit 6 cars.

Awesome Beach Trip

The rental was perfect for two families! Beds super comfortable, house very clean, lots of supplies, beach chairs were a bonus, and plenty of space to relax. We loved hanging out on the screened in deck. Very short walk to an uncrowded beach. The owner was incredibly responsive, quickly answering all of my questions. We were lucky enough to be able to add a day to the beginning of our trip - and the owner drove the keys to our house to ensure we'd have the keys before we left for vacation! I would definitely stay at this rental again - overall everything was fantastic - the house, the beach, the owner, the neighborhood!

This property was perfect for my family and I. It was just a few steps to the beach and there was plenty of space for the 7 of us to feel comfortable. We had one issue with the AC but Kyung was extremely responsive and prompt with getting someone out to fix it. Will definitely be back!

Huge place, very close to beach

Very nice place that had the perfect bedroom setup for my family (2 married couples, a grandfather, and two sets of two children). Positives: Very close to the beach (two minute walk, if that) Huge property Large balconies Nice grill Pretty clean Has most of the household cooking tools you would need Could be improved: The door lock was backwards on one of the master bedrooms. The owner told be there are screwdrivers somewhere…not very helpful. Multiple lightbulbs were out. The fridge is small and some of the cooking supplies are very cheap, used, and nice t very clean. Lots of stairs. Cable tv is wonky. Overall I recommend the place. We really enjoyed it and it met our needs. Might be problematic for families who have challenges navigating stairs. Otherwise it is a really nice place, VERY close to the beach, nicely set up, and pretty ideal for double family vacations.

Spacious, Beautiful House Steps to the Beach

Just returned from a wonderful family vacation at this property. The house is super spacious, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need, and we grilled meals for the whole family several times on the deck. Each bedroom is large and most have their own television. Access to the private beach is just a few houses down, making it perfect for families traveling with lots of kids. The beach is lovely for running in the morning or strolling at night--miles of pristine oceanfront on one side and beach estates on the other. Matt's Fish Camp at the end of the road was convenient for lunch take-out or a group dinner. The location is peaceful yet centrally located to all the boardwalk attractions. Rehoboth is about a 10-15 min drive north, the Bethany Beach boardwalk is about 10 mins south, and Ocean City is just a half hour away. We visited all three during our stay. The owner, KC, was very responsive and helpful. Booking, communication, check-in and check-out were all super smooth. Fabulous experience all around. Would definitely stay again.

Great location this summer!

The house was wonderful and perfect for all 8 of us. The screened in patios were a huge hit. The private beach was not too crowded and we were a short drive to Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions. Thank you so much for a great week!

Amazing. Fun. Roomy. Beach!

Clean, well maintained beach house. Plenty of kitchen items. Some chairs, boards, and toys in the storage. You never know what will still be around at a rental when you show up, but this house had more than we expected. Relatively private North Bethany location had plenty of people on the beach, but not crowded at all. We could enjoy and maintain some distance - which was important to us this summer. Very short walk to the beach. Convenient deck where the kids enjoyed dinner and let the adults have a moment of peace. Thanks to the owner who was very responsive to questions by e-mail. We had a great week!

Our Best Bethany Beach Vacation!

This property was huge and well maintained! We’ve stayed many times in North Bethany Beach but have never stayed in a property this well appointed! The quick walk to the beach was awesome and we’re looking forward coming back next year!

great house for a family gathering

The pictures do not do justice to this house- it was large with two HUGE master bedrooms and three additional bedrooms. The living space was large enough for all 10 of us to gather and the screen porch was a wonderful place for meals. We were there for a very hot week and really appreciated the air conditioning! The beach was a two minute walk away and the property also had a small playground. Our family loved the house and the owner was fantastic to work with. Any question was answered immediately (both before we arrived as well as during our stay) I would highly recommend this property. Loved it-

Perfect Place for a Extended Family Vacation

From the moment we pulled into the driveway we knew that this was going to be a great place to stay. The property was attractive and well maintained. Our group ranged in age from 10 months old to 55 years old. This house was furnished nicely and in great shape. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day and the kitchen was large and wonderful. Plenty of space for everyone and easy to walk back and forth to the beach for lunch and bathroom breaks. We would definitely return for another stay.
