Excellent top-floor location with excellent beach/ocean views and very nice balcony furniture. The unit itself has very good furnishings, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need. Beach Locker has a great assortment of beach and pickleball equipment. The staff onsite is outstanding and very helpful.The property host is a top-shelf operation, with superior communication and very easy check-in and check-out.

Great stay!

Had the condo for a week in January. We had a wonderful time in the condo and on the beach. Will definitely come here again.

Great Vacation

This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in! The views were spectacular and the condo itself was furnished with the best of everything! It was a wonderful and relaxing week!

Warm and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay in Marco Island. Just wanted to get away from winter in northern Illinois. The condo had everything we needed. Very nice to have such a short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach gear to spend all day relaxing.

Amazing Week

We had a great time, condo was decorated well and had nice linens, it had everything we needed, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler as well as beach toys and floats! Loved having a washer and dryer, we will be back !!

The unit we stayed in was remodeled and nice, but the overall condo building is old and rundown. At the time they only had one working elevator for the whole condo unit.

We visited during the month of July and really enjoyed our stay. Some notable things about the condo we liked: awesome balcony view of the gulf, extremely well equipped kitchen, storage closet external to the unit with all supplies for the beach including toys, chairs, cooler, wagon, umbrella, etc. The beach was clean and not at all overly busy - very good beach area if you have small children as we never had a single day with rough waves. Our boys loved collecting shells and other washed up ocean finds. I appreciated having comfortable furniture on the balcony and in the living room. There’s really only a couple restaurants immediately adjacent to the building. It’s about a 1/2 mile walk to get to multiple restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this specific unit to anyone looking for a relaxed, quiet, summer vacation.

Our 1st time on Marco. Seawinds 1701 was great! Corner unit totally updated with fabulous furnishings. Sunset views unbelievable. Location was great. Ate at Marco Prime Steakhouse and Oyster Society. Both were great and in walking distance.

Best condo on South Beach

We have rented many properties in the South Beach area - but this condo by far, is the best. The condo itself is fantastic - great layout, gourmet kitchen, fabulous bathrooms (2) and the VIEW from the lanai is beyond spectacular. Our only complaint was that it took awhile to figure out how to work the light switches - never seen any like these - but once we did - nothing to complain about. We have been spoiled rotten.

Penthouse Paradise 🌞

This property was exactly as described. Gorgeous updated and beautifully designed corner penthouse unit on the 17th floor with amazing beach views. The condo was immaculate upon arrival and extra bonus to have a washer/dryer available for use. The private beach access was very accessible and not too far from the condo. My family had a wonderful time at Marco Island and hope to come back soon!

Wonderful Time!

Right from the check in to check out the entire time at the island an amazing get away. I would highly recommend this property. The property was immaculate with attention to detail. It was perfect for our 25th anniversary get away. We will definitely be back!
