This condo has amazing views of entire beach and the Gulf of America. As you walk out to your balcony you are greeted by the beauty of Marco Islands beaches. The condo is directly on the beach, and you are literally minutes from your toes in the sand. The unit has tile throughout the unit. There is a king size bed in the master and twins in the guest bedroom. There is sleeper sofa in living room and sleeps a total of 6 people. Washer/dryer are in the unit. Seawinds also has its own pool and hot tub. There are two Tennis courts on the property. The Seawinds condominium is located on Collier Blvd. which is Marco's main road. You are minutes away from shopping and many great restaurants.
Seawinds has a $50 registration fee includes 1 vehicle parking pass.

Absolutely fabulous!!

Was everything and more as described online. Property is on the best beach and has the best views of the sun set and west shore line of Marco island. Will definitely stay again.

Marco Island relaxation

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful, fourth floor with a good sized balcony facing the glorious Marco Island beach. The square footage is smaller than we’d have liked, but the layout is good and we adapted quickly. The kitchen utensils were good. The living room furniture was old-school and could use upgrades. The beds were good. The beach and all the included chairs / umbrellas were the star of the show for us. We would certainly stay here again.

If your only priority is a lovey ocean view and easy beach access this place meets that criteria and photos are reflective of it. However, if you value the interior space I would avoid. Yes, it was terribly outdated as others reviewed, which we could live with. But the space was so cramped, especially the bedrooms, that only one person could walk around the beds to access the closet and bathroom at a time. The microwave only opened 1/4 of the way because it was set too close to the fridge. The living area could only seat 4 and even that was cramped.You had to pick up and drop off the property keys at a location that was 10 minutes away. We had a really late arrival and early morning departure, so this was very inconvenient.The hosts were attentive for issues with parking passes and internet, so no issues with that aspect.

Sea Winds Dreaming

I was originally staying on Sanibel Island at Cast Aways Cottage but Ian took that away from me. I just am so Thankful I found this Sea Winds rental. I value my once a year vacation and thought Sanibel was my only Paradise, I now have Sea Winds to count on as well to give me the Vacation I can look forward to.

Very enjoyable

Locker outside elevator is a nice touch with beach chairs etc... The sliding doors to outside patio needs work. Otherwise condo has everything you need.

Delightful Location of a Slightly Dated Property

We loved the property's location just steps away from a gorgeous beach and spectacular sunsets on a beautiful island. The unit we rented was everything we need with a large balcony, plentiful windows, and comfortable beds. We echo what other guests have noted: the unit and property are a bit dated with decor and amenities. While it may be a product of no guests renting before us, we found ourselves needing to wash a number of pots and pans and utensils before using as they were in need of cleaning.All in all, a lovely location with all we needed for a great vacation.

Very clean!

Our condo was very clean. The views were spectacular! We could not figure out the TV situation and they responded to a call right away, helped us figure it out. We wanted to stay a couple of extra days, they were available and Ellen made it very easy to add them on

Unit needs updating

This unit has amazing views on the beach. But it needs to be updated and repairs through out the unit. I was disappointed the pictures on VRBO looked fine. Everything was old. Did have a newer sofa and chair which where comfortable but some appliances where yellow from age. Bed was very comfortable.

Very close to the beach.

The condo is clean and enough for a couple and two children. There are new towels and sheets. The sun umbrella and chairs are in a place outside the unit and easy to take out and bring in. The building is next to a restaurant that we used to go for lunch .So, we don’t cook inside even the kitchen had everything needed. The balcony was the best area of the unit . Every morning and night we enjoyed the beauty of the ocean and sunset. The only thing I thank need to be changed is the use of the key outside the gate going to the beach.I will recommend this place to my friends and will come back another time.

Nice Property, Great Location

The property was exactly as expected based on the listing. The check-in/check-out process was very simple. The unit was clean when we arrived, and there were more than enough bath towels, beach towels, pillows, blankets, and kitchen utensils. There is also a storage closet full of beach chairs, pool noodles, umbrellas, and beach toys. The building is well maintained and staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice, clean, and not overcrowded. The beach is amazing! Great view from the balcony as well. My whole family had a wonderful time and we would definitely rent this unit again if we return to Marco Island in the future.

Spectacular location; dated unit

The location, view and building can't be beat. The unit itself, however, needs major updating. We don't mind the Formica counter tops and the older fixtures in the bathroom, but when the a.c., at full tilt, struggles to keep the unit cool, it's more of an issue.

Although this building is directly on the beach and has an amazing location, views, and a perfect beach, this unit hasn’t been updated in 30 years. Kitchen supplies are old and worn and lack certain kitchen items needed by travelers. Bring your own soap units does not provide. Bath tub has no stopper for tub, no ability to give kids a bath. The building does not have out doors grills which make cooking tough with this kitchen. Summarize great building and location, unit could use some Attention

Love the location!

We love Marco Island and we loved our 4 weeks at Sea Winds right on the beach with beautiful sunsets! Unit 402 had plenty of room and had everything we needed. A few things are showing their age but that wasn't a problem and overall it is a lovely place.

It never rains at Marco Island

We absolutely loved our view of the beach from the balcony! This was the highlight of our stay! ...but balcony ceiling fan would have helped with the heat. The condo was set up nicely and the kitchen included all the conveniences of home. Only one shower in this unit which was fine, but a new shower head is very necessary (and would save on water). All in all I would absolutely love to stay here again. One of my favorite Florida vacations!

A Week in Paradise

I’ve been coming to Marco Island since I was 6 years old and it will always be my favorite place to visit. This condo was everything we needed for our first family vacation since March 2020. The location was perfect with ocean views and a quick easy walk to the beach that is just outside the building. The condo had everything our family of 5 needed for cooking meals in and plenty of towels/linens. We are excited to come back to Marco next year and would definitely rent this clean, cute condo again.

Perfect Location..very clean

Absolutely love the Sea Winds location! This unit was very well stocked on everything. GREAT LOCATION for walking to beach. Nice Pool, Great SPA, I have nothing negative at all to say. OH & you must eat at Oyster Society!

Good location, Bad unit!

I took pictures (with date) on arrival, because it did not look like the unit was cleaned very well. I took up rugs in bathrooms because they were stained. Only one can opener, and it did not work. There were 26 wine glasses/goblets with stems. There were 5 other glasses (none matched), so I was washing each day. There was no hot water in master bathroom. Internet service poor. Could not conduct Zoom meeting. No dressers in master BR. 2 nightstands with drawers.I have 16 items that were bad. Left note, but have not heard from anyone. Tile grout in kitchen greasy/grungy.

Gotta love Peach!

Condo had a very musty smell like no one had been there in months. Looks like it hadn’t been updated since the 80’s. Everything was themed around the color of peach.
