This floor-level (no stairs) 2 bedroom condo is absolutely perfect for your stay on St. Simons!
While the interior of the condo is beautiful, the amenities at Barnes Plantation are the showstoppers! You have access to a heated pool, fitness center, propane grills throughout, small playground and even a business center if you need to get some work done.
The community is also gated for your safety. Right across the street from the community is Red Fern Village which is the cutest little enclave that has some of the best dining, boutiques and libations you can find on the whole island.
Pier Village is a 5/6 minute drive as is East Beach. At Pier Village you can find shopping, restaurants, a pier for fishing and relaxing and Neptune Splash Pad which is a hit with the kiddos!
Beautifully decorated, you enter into the home to be greeted by an open living room/kitchen floor plan.
The kitchen is fully renovated and fully stocked for short or longer stays. You have a dual drip/Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee.
The entire home is tastefully decorated and stocked with all kinds of extras to make your say more comfortable.
The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and King bed. The guest room has a nearby bathroom and a Queen bed. Both bedrooms and the living room have a smart TV for you to stream all your favorite programs.
The home also comes with a pack n play and plastic cups and bowls for the kiddos.

Trailers, Boats, and other commercial vehicles are prohibited on the property.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Strollers and high chairs are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.
After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!
There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee that applies to all reservations.

The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet residential condo community. It's set far enough back from the road that you should have minimal noise and disturbances while still being within walking distance to shops, restaurants and other fun activities!
Getting Around:
5 minute walk to get to restaurants/shopping.
Other Things to Note:
For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
