This location is perfect for a large family to gather and spend quality time together making memories that will last a lifetime. Jekyll Realty staff were fabulous to work with. Be aware when booking the bedding situation: 1 bedroom king -bath 1 bedroom with double and 1/2 bath2 bedrooms with 2 twins in each room, would have been better if it had a double in one room or a queen !!!!Full bath in hall, sleeper sofa (which you need a topper for !!!)Kitchen needs better lightening - but the window was great ! Overall would rent again !!

Wonderful Winter Getaway!!!

We have already booked it for another trip. Conveniently located next to beach access. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked nicely with dishes and cookware. Large dining room table for family meals. Bedrooms were much bigger than expected. Pet friendly! WE LOVED IT!!! And as usual Jekyll Realty is always a pleasure to do business with.

Beds and furniture are comfortable. Nice wall decorations. Good amount of storage space in kitchen cabinets. Bathrooms nice, totally renovated. Peaceful quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Cons:House has musty odor. Walls,carpets, and drapes are dingy and old. Some drapes and blinds are broken and do not close. Heat pump is noisy. Screen porch is a small ugly slab of cement with view of trash cans and other houses. Windows are very dirty.House is good choice for pet owners due to large interior space and small yard in back.

Room for the whole family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Bradfield. It is the third time that we have stayed at this home. The new bathrooms were very nice. Still has the old drapes that are dirty and not functioning. That really takes away from the overall feeling of the rental. The location is wonderful and the house has very roomy common areas so overall we love this place!

The ceiling was practically falling in, mold stains around every air vent, worn and stained bedding, pillows...it was so bad we had to be relocated to another rental that was fortunately available.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been vacationing on Jekyll for 25 years. I have stayed at lots and lots of properties. This rental was 280.00 a day. The absentee owner does not maintain this property. The rental is dirty and run down. Wood work is filthy, floors were dirty, curtains haven't been washed in 10 years. The windows are dirty and the screens are falling off. The pictures of this rental were staged many years ago because they don't reflect the condition of this property at this time.

July 2022 Stay

Jekyll Realty was good. The location of the Bradfield house is perfect. It is just steps to the beach. The beach is great. The price for the Bradfield is excellent for the location. There is a trade off however. The house is outdated with the exception of the kitchen which has been updated. There are water stains around several of the HVAC registers. If you don't mind staying somewhere that is somewhat dated and somewhat unsightly then this is the place for you. We had plenty of space for a family of 4 and a family of 6. The water pressure was low, but the air kept us cool in August. Overall a good experience but don't expect anything better than the pictures.

Begging for a makeover

Ok I read all reviews so I had a idea what I was getting into . The location is Excellent! So if you can overlook the conditions of this house then this house is for you . It looks like everything inside came from a goodwill and has a terrible odor in the house .The laundry was on the backside of the house , you literally had to walk outside to get to it and I refused to go inside , my husband did all the laundry. So if the location is the most important thing to your family then this is your house . But if you want a relaxing home and a nice place to hangout , don’t rent this , it needs a MAJOR update

Lots of bed space with an updated kitchen. it really needs a some TLC: carpet has an odor, screens are torn, plumbing really needs some work. We were there for only a few days, so not really a challenge for a short time. The grills in the description are completely rusted thru and should just be thrown away.

The house had plenty of room for us and was well equipped. The yard is large and the setting is quiet because you're at the end of a street. There is quick access to the beach (as long as it isn't high tide) and easy access to the bike path.
