The fully stocked kitchen in this upper level condo has a dishwasher and microwave. The dining area is conveniently located between the living room and kitchen area.



The master and 2nd bedroom provide a queen bed and the loft has a queen bed. Seasonal access to the condo pool and hot tub.

Work event

Place was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. No A/C and was hot inside when we arrived but it cold off at night and when you open the windows and have fans in front of windows it cools right down. Lots of fans in the place. I would stay again.

Comfortable and Convenient

I was there for a work event and it was a comfortable condo and convenient location for group events. Had everything I needed for the limited time I was there.

No A/C

I would have given this 3 stars for the lack of A/C but it wasn’t listed with it so looks like it’s my fault. Definitely learned a valuable lesson on here, make sure you check to see if it has all the amenities you want. Wasn’t that big of a deal since weather was a little cooler but on a hot day this would not have been nice.

Quick family get away

We enjoyed the property and found it to be in an excellent location! The property was clean. We enjoyed the pool and exploring the trails in the neighborhood.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We only had one issue. We ran out of hot water quite fast during morning showers. Maybe the hot water system for this unit needs maintenance. I have only one suggestion: the kitchen is due for a new set of pots and pans (Costco) and a set of mini/small bowls would come in handy. Otherwise everything was fine. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Bend!

Nice accommodation, with a few glitches

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice comfortable setting. However, the main TV and DVD did not work. Mgmt promptly sent someone over to fix things by plugging in some loose wires that were hard to get to. Shortly after, the TV went out again. The cheap paper towel dispenser was located over the sink and the paper towels kept falling into the sink. Minor inconvenience. Everything else was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay & nice location

Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was located in Sunriver and we were in town to visit family in La Pine so the location worked well. It was well furnished and comfortable. Our son loved the loft located up above. The only thing I didn't care for was the very late check in of 5 pm. I have a toddler and young child so for us 5 pm is late and right when our family begins our end of day routine. I should have reached out to see if we could have had early access but didn't. Their lock literally would not open until 5pm on the dot. We had to sit on the steps for about 20 minutes with 2 young kids after a very long drive which was frustrating. Other than that it was a solid stay. I would stay there again, if I could get earlier access to the house.

Comfortable Clean Condo

The condo is very nice and updated. The beds are really comfortable. August is a very busy month with families and children which made it noisy. Powder Village Condo's need to invest in new lounge chair by the pool.

Nice cando with quiet pool

We were very happy with the condo, especially the access to the pool, which was very quiet compared to the SHARC and overall business of the village. While a bit on the side, the condo location was great in these covid times to avoid the crowd. The condo itslef was clean and spacious for us. The only downside is the lack of AC in July, but we knew this ahead of time and we decided to try it anyway. Fans were available and useful. Will definitely consider coming back there!

The parents loved morning coffee on the small deck that overlooks the pool area, which felt very private and shaded. The kids loved the close proximity to the pool - this is the closest condo building to the pool. The loft was the perfect sleeping area for our eldest. We can't wait to come back!

We didn't stay. Home wasn't as advetised and unusable for a 100 degree Sunriver vacatiob

No place to park bikes. No AC. Not in Sunriver. No room for family to sit in living room. 2nd story condo with no AC. We walked in and walked out. Tried to ask for a refund weeks ago and were told no. So we decided to give it a try and it didn't work. You don't need to pay the cleaner. Very disappointed and wish we had some of our $1800 in our pocket. Ryan

Don’t Count on the Hot Tub

It was well stocked (except dryer sheets), comfy, and clean. The hot tub is used by reserving a time online. This would have been a great system, except that people would sign up for five hours, when they weren’t sure what time they would actually be there. It was very frustrating for my family, because the kids were excited about using the hot tub. It was too cold for the pool. Other than that, we had a great time.

Well stocked getaway

With COVID still raging, we appreciated the well stocked kitchen with all the bowls, utensils, and cookware we would need to shelter in place 150 miles from home. The seating to watch TV was comfortable. However, instructions on how to operate the TV would have been appreciated for those born shortly after TVs were invented.

Nice place to stay if it’s not hot

The place was clean and neat, however, there were things missing from the listing. One of the bedrooms did not have a TV and there was no AC. I would not have booked a place to stay in Bend in late July without AC especially if it were on the second floor.
