Warm and inviting, this thoughtfully furnished Sunriver home has the feeling of a cozy cabin in the woods, with updated features like hardwood floors and granite countertops. Downstairs air-conditioning keeps the home cool during the day, while a gas river-rock fireplace in the living room will keep you cozy when watching the big game or a movie on the 55" Smart TV with home theater system in the living room.

The kitchen with granite counters and flattop range is stocked with everything you'll need to host a dinner party, though in the summertime you might opt for a casual BBQ out on the deck. A large gas grill, bench seating and private hot tub makes this large, wrap-around deck a favorite feature of 11 Todd.

There are two guest bedrooms and one full bathroom on the main floor. One bedroom has a Queen bed and 46" Flat Screen TV, and the other has a Twin Bunk bed, desk and TV.

The upper level features a bedroom with a comfortable King bed, 40" Flat Screen TV, vaulted ceilings, private balcony and attached bathroom.

Exploring Sunriver will be a breeze riding one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental home.

Please note: the garage is not accessible to guests.

Family Reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 1 Todd home and have plenty of room for the whole family.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Pictures are accurate.

The place is as nice as the pictures. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Check-in and out was easy. Would stay here again.

My first stay at sunriver

Beautiful Sunriver Getaway house!

We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful home! We enjoyed the deck and hot tub every night! The house was well stocked and stayed very cool in the very hot 95 degree days we had. Cooled off nicely a few nights to even enjoy the hot tub.

Good vacation

Very nice house. Bunk beds weren’t great for adults, but they worked. Dish soap and shampoo would be nice additions.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a good, winter vacation stay for us. The home suited our family of 4 very well. We liked the close proximity to one of the paths which lead to the river. The one issue we had is that the fireplace was very complicated to light so we didn't get to use it which would have been helpful to combat the cold air coming out of it! Overall a good stay!

Great Service!

We had a great stay at 11 Todd Lane. One night during our stay, a circuit breaker tripped and we lost all power to the house. We were unable to find the panel so we called the management company. They responded immediately and sent someone out to investigate. The panel was located in the garage which was locked and we did not have access to, but they were able to reset the breaker. We had power restored about 40 minutes after calling on a holiday week. We were impressed! Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at 11 Todd many times and had a good experience. This time the rental was in need of much repair. Cupboard door falling off in kitchen, water logged hot tub cover took two people to lift, coffe maker didn't work, casing falling off one bedroom door, barbecue needs maintenance. Would not light and knobs were hard to turn. All in all the condition of the property was looking worn.

Great little weekend getaway

I will start with the property management was absolutely amazing and wonderful to work with. Being able to text them with random little questions was so convenient. The house was perfect for what we needed it for and for the small amount of us that were there for the weekend. I will say that it was not well stocked with things like garbage bags. There is no coffee filters for the coffee maker. Just little things like that were just added things that if I would’ve known I would’ve brought with us etc. Upstairs king was definitely not the most comfortable so bed and pretty firm but my mom said the downstairs queen size was very comfortable. The house stayed nice and cool with it being super hot outside and the hot tub was absolutely amazing. Back deck was wonderful and seemed to be very cool in the evening. The table that they have out back by the barbecue was perfect and We enjoyed multiple dinners outside. We would absolutely book this house again but probably be better prepared with bringing some household items.

Family vacation

We enjoyed staying at the house. The 5 o’clock check in was a little late but the house was clean. Bikes on the property need work and I think are unsafe to use. Hot tub was clean and nice. I would stay at the house again. Great location in sun river.

Ok, overpriced

It was an an ok stay. We enjoyed the large deck with the beautiful forest view, fully stocked kitchen it had all the cooking items we needed. It was nice having a washer/ dryer, jacuzzi, and tv with cable in all the rooms. The beds were good enough. Most of the house seemed well cleaned, better than normal, with the exception of the master room sheets, which had had 3 short hairs in them near the pillow so I started the vacation doing laundry. (At the end of the trip check out procedures you leave sheets on the bed.)We also only had towels for one day and 3 washcloths for 4 people, so we asked for more and had to drive to the management company and still only got a couple more wash cloths and lots more of other towels. Since we shower after the jacuzzi, we had to drive to town to buy more washcloths. The bunk in the kids room was made of real wood and so it was wobbly, but husband checked it and it was fine.The master is an upstairs loft with no door and curtains in front for privacy. There were other minor issues, but I don't want to pick it apart. If the sheets had been cleaned I would have been just fine. Luckily, there was a washer and dryer to fix it, but I shouldn't have had to. It cost way more than it should have, after fees etc.

11 Todd Ln - Amazing Stay!

We were very pleased with our stay at 11 Todd Ln. The staff was very friendly and actually helped us extend our stay an extra night! Well worth it and I would recommend to anyone looking for a family fun place to stay in Sunriver. Bikes were available for our use in in great condition. Will stay again!

Relaxing

This property is worth a lengthy stay. My family drove from Seattle Washington and we were very pleased to be at the property. From the property condition, cleanliness, the checking process, and the check out was outstanding. Everything’s was provided for our stay. Loved the text communication with the property management company and it felt like I knew them even though I never saw them. We used the hot tub daily and it was beautiful. Thank you for a great stay and a relaxing vacation.

nice Kitchen and bath updates

Nice place, a breaker blew and we were out of power in both bathrooms and one bedroom from 5:15pm the first night to 11 the next morning. My husband got off the couch and his brown sweatshirt had quite a bit of white dog hair on it. Our dog isn’t white. Smelled like dog when we walked in too. I love the layout except no door on the master bedroom. Great kitchen, great bbq, nice hot tub.

Fall in Sunriver

The house and location were great. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great and quiet location. Upgraded kitchen was nice. Could use some upgraded furnitue in living room but it is obvious the owners have been upgrading the important things; kitchen, bathrooms. Great deck. We enjoyed our stay.
