With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 315 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its beautiful beaches. 3rd Floor oceanfront condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. Tastefully decorated and recently updated (kitchen and both bathrooms) in a Carribbean theme, this unit provides the comforts of home and the luxury of vacations in the sun. After swimming in the surf, enjoy outdoor showering areas and an awesome oceanfront pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Ocean One is a five story complex (includes elevators) located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This up-to-date property is beautifully furnished. The contemporary kitchen has sparkling white appliances and cabinetry as well as granite countertops. Both bedrooms feature a wall mounted flat screen TV. This unit is top of the line, and the owner has thought of everything to make your stay perfect.

3 day off season trip to HHI

Usually stay in summer at Grande Ocean with our kids but chose Ocean One this time given it was me and my wife. Found room and view to match what was online. Room clean. Great visit.

The staff at Seashore Vacations were both pleasant, helpful and made us feel like we were at home. With this being our third time on the island we ventured out to explore different areas and were not disappointed. The restaurants were great, the shopping was fantastic according to my wife and as always the weather was beatiful . As we departed Hilton Head we were already starting to plan our next trip back and counting the days until our return.

Reviewer Comments: Our family enjoyed our stay at Ocean One. The condo was clean, had everything we needed and was bigger than I was expecting. The location was great. We enjoyed being right on the beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. The kids went in the pool everyday. It was not heated but the kids didnā€™t care. Too cold for most of the adults there. We went miniature golfing, did a kayak trip, toured Honeyhorn plantation and enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head. Unfortunately they were remodeling the condo below us, so we had construction sounds most of the time and too late into the night. We still had a great time and would come back again.

The information provided before and during is thorough and clear. They are very responsive and courteous. You can bet weā€™ll be back!

Beds were comfy and had everything we needed, but we did not cook much. Staff was very helpful when we couldnā€™t get TV to work. very easy check in and out !! Having beach gear delivered was fantastic too!! Only thing I can say negative is the Master bedroom has had some water damage and there is some mold starting to come out!! Would definitely get on that soon! Paint job would also be good in future. I would definitely stay again!! And hope to next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a few comments on the rental. If you are looking for a condo to view sunrises in the morning, beware of this one. We were there in late October and found out there is a tree off the balcony blocking the sunrise view. Plenty of plates and glasses available. However, the pan situation is somewhat pathetic. Most of the available pans for cooking should have been retired a long time ago. Also, the toaster is not working. One of the ceiling lights above of the kitchen counter was also burned out, with no replacement bulb available. There was a hole in the ceiling of the master bath, appears to have been caused by a leak in the condo above. Other than these inconveniences, we had an enjoyable stay. We would stay again, bringing some of our own cookware and toaster.

Dining room chairs need to be replaced before someone gets hurt and the master bath ceiling repaired. Definitely would stay again.

Many positives but a few negatives aldo

The overall stay was excellent but unfortunately some of the condo rules are restrictive. Pool shuts down at 9 deck at 11 and one of the male guards took enjoyment in kicking people out. He was very argumentative with multiple guests on several days. One guest was playing music and he told them it was to loud. You could not hear it from where I was standing. You can enforce rules but need to have a better approach and attitude. On a positive note the room was as advertised and location is perfect.

Great view, but needs upgrades!

This property has an incredible view, which is very nice. However, it doesnā€™t really make up for the poor mattress in the master and even the 2nd bedroom. We thought to move into the other bedroom, but they werenā€™t any better. Many utensils are rusted and most are mismatched like what you would give your college student when they leave to live on their own . The space is in dire need of a coat of paint. All of the furnishings are in desperate need of an upgrade. The zero attention to detail is so sad for what could be an excellent space. We wonā€™t stay here again.
