Singe family house in a great Location: Thank you for taking interest in our property. We welcome the single business Traveler & We like Family and business events based on number of guests Rates start at 1 adult. Each additional guest, any age is $40.00 per night per person. We take some Pets $40.00 per night, per pet, + tax. This unit includes 2 King bedrooms with 2 twin matters in closet. 1 queen bedroom with twin day bed, 1 Queen bedroom, living room queen hida-bed couch and twin hida-bed couch, Garage pull out qyeen hida-bed couch sleeps up to 13 in beds. one full Master bath shower, one full Guest bath tub shower, one 3 quarter pool, garage, laundry bath shower. You will receive door code once ONLINE Guest registration is received names, ages of guests, your billing address, and Credit Card. Additional Travelers charged on credit card.
Fun and entertainment in every direction. Fish right from our dock fishing poles and tackle Provided or pier fish at the Cape Coral Yacht Club.

Great Vrbo

This place was really great for a convenient location and quiet neighborhood! The pool was amazing!! We also enjoyed the area’s beautiful canal and kayaking with the most awesome scenery!!

Well maintained home with a beautiful pool in a great area. Close to many attractions, restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cape Coral.

Great place for a winter trip to Florida!

I would definitely stay here again. The pool was great, and the kids loved it! It was a great spot to both enjoy Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel. We had the ability to enjoy the ocean while having a warm pool and great house for the family to relax.

beautifull stay!

Beautifull home, Huge!, Unexpected super bonus with the salt water pool, we used it constantly, couldn't ask for more of a home, would be great for a large family as well, quiet neighbors, short trip to all the beaches and stores, very helpfull folks, thanks again, Scott and Judy.

Fantastic place

This was a great place to stay - perfect for our family with teens and a preteen. We loved the pool and spent the day in Sanibel. Three of the beds were comfortable but two of them we could feel the springs, which would be our only complaint. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Perfect for our large group.

The house was great for our family. It was a little dirty finger prints still on glass doors and windows, also floors were very dirty. Just some suggestions I would have more cleaning products for renters to use while there and add dish rags we only had one towel for kitchen and cleaning pad smelled. Great location and house is in good condition. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property for our spring break with my wife and three daughters, all aged 10 and under. It truly offers everything a family could possibly need! The location is superb, with convenient access to various stores, restaurants, and attractions in Fort Myers. Lonny and his team were exceptional hosts, always available and responsive to any requests we had. Do not hesitate to book with this host - highly recommended!

Fun Family Vacation

Very clean, has everything a family could need/use on a vacation. Especially if you have little ones. It was so nice to have pool toys, floaties, a pack & play and other necessary kid stuff to use at no additional charge. I even hosted 2 dinner parties with friends in the area and the kitchen had everything I needed from pots & pans, to fancy dishes & serving platters. The rooms are inviting with sheets & pillows all fresh, white & crisp.

Great place

This home worked out very well for us. We had a group of 4 adults staying for the weekend. It was great to have 4 separate bedrooms with good sized beds and plenty of bathrooms. Some of the decorations and furniture were newer, some were older but fine. The pool area is only a year or so old and is really well done - the pool heater worked great. We didn't have a boat, but the dock would accommodate one, and was a nice place to sit for breakfast and in the evening. Short drive to the yacht club, walkable to some restaurants. Recommended!

host was able to accomodate us at the last minute

We had a reservation in Cape Coral, but the hurricane damage turned out to be too severe to repair in time. The host (Lonnie) had other properties in the area, and was able to find us a larger house with a pool in basically the same area. Because of the nature of this last-minute arrangement, he kindly rented us the larger house at the same cost as the original, smaller house, which we appreciated!

Good location, tired property

This property is in a good location for walking to the park and ice cream and we luckily only needed to stay 3 nights. It however is in need of some up keep and a deep cleaning. (Dirty towels and lots of ants.) The pool was probably the best part. When I did text the property manager the issues we were having there was zero response. This house could be really great with some upgrades- better linens, more cleaning and a more responsive property manager.

Great stay. House was wonderfully large and new smart TVs

Everything was just as described. Old reviews said needed toiletries.... each shower had all 3 necessities in stock. We brought extra paper towels and toilet paper. There was no Keurig, but had a coffee maker. Obviously, this is a canal front home, so we had bugs... but being a Floridian- it was expected to an extent. Manager responded immediately to all needs. Gave 4 stars because the bath floors could've been better cleaned. All else was clean - pool eas heated and fun!

Family get away

The house has a ping pong table in garage and the pool was a big hit with kids. We were able to use the boat lift with cover which was very nice . House is very user friendly. The third bathroom is in garage which was fine just wasn't clear when we booked it on line. There is construction across the canal but shouldn't be to much longer. All in all it worked great for our family which was 9 of us.

everything was great. behind the property they are building condos. did not get peace and quite in the mornings to enjoy coffee. love the fence around the pool. I'm sure that the place will be great when they get though with the construction work

Best stay out of many I’ve been to!

I’m always weary of what I’m walking into when I rent a property. I was not disappointed at all with this one! The property was spacious, clean, and had what we needed. Plenty of towels , big TV’s in each room, pool toys , start up supplies. The beds were so comfortable! The pool was great! The kids loved it and spent morning till night in it each day. We were close to the beach , and we loved the kayaks that we used right from the back of the home. We so appreciated the support we received with the kayaks getting on and off. Any questions we had about the property were answered quickly. I liked the resource book they had in the kitchen with restaurants, beach’s, boat rentals, etc… We ate at some places nearby and had some deliveries. We used the volleyball net in the pool for the older kids at night. We had a lot of fun here. They have of other equipment in the garage / game room (tennis racquets , bike, hammock) that we didn’t get to , but nice to know it’s there. The friendliest, most attentive owners I’ve ever rented from. We will definitely be back !

We travel to Cape Coral several times a year, our three adult children show up at the same time and having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths was a must have. I work from home so having space for a small office is important also. The Location is central to everything we like, Boating, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, polo games in Sarasota, Naples. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. It's wonderful to wake up in the morning, breathing the gulf air, take your cup of coffee out to the lanai or on the dock our personal favorite and enjoy the relaxing view of the water!

More canals than any were in the world approximately 420 miles of canals to explore and take you to the Gulf of Mexico and beyond. Home to manatees, Sirenia Vista Park has kayak routes to Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve, where birds wade amid mangroves. Cape Coral Historical Society & Museum traces the planning of the city. Yacht Club Community Park has a beach and pier on the Caloosahatchee River. To the north, Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve attracts herons and ibis.
