The microwave light has been fixed, and the outside shower has been quoted for repair. We take guest concerns very seriously so we know how to improve for future stays. Hello Lynn, We apologize for the inconveniences that you endured during your recent stay. We were saddened to hear that you were extremely dissatisfied with your vacationing rental experience. There should have been a better procedure set in place to handle the cancellation of the Open House and we are reassessing how this should be handled to prevent guests discomfort in the future. Understanding your frustrations and discontentment, we are working diligently to improve our practices as customer satisfaction is very important to us. As maintenance issues arise, our team works quickly and efficiently to make sure problems are addressed. Unfortunately, the issue had to be escalated to an outside vendor and for that we were sorry for the delay. It was reported to us that the issue was fixed and requested for you to call if the problem persisted. Although we were unable to make contact with you, we were glad that we were able to leave a message to make sure that everything was in working order for you. Free Wi-Fi is one of our amenities that we offer to our guests as we understand the importance of staying connected.
