It’s cute, it’s happy, it’s comfortable, it's well equipped, it's cool, it’s spacious and it’s right by the beach – in a nutshell, it’s exactly what you’ve been looking for. A 10 minute stroll on the beach to Pelican Beach Hotel, this cottage is right in the heart of Whitby, North Caicos and that magnificent 7 mile stretch of beautiful, deserted, sandy beach - just waiting for you to pull up a beach chair!

AC in the Bedrooms only

Master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with bath/shower combo.

2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.

2nd bathroom also has a bathtub/shower combo.

Living room has two pull out beds/queen size futons

Peaceful beach

North Turks, is a peaceful, beautiful location. Beach is pristine. It brings you back to simpler times. If you’re looking for dining, try middle Caicos mudjin bay. Beach and caves there are amazing and food and drinks are good. Buy your groceries in Provo as supplies are limited in the North island. Groceries are pricey but buy them in Provo and take them on the ferry with you. Most excursions are from Provo and you’ll need to ferry back there for them. Enjoy the tranquil beach and unwind. Regine is a fabulous host. The beds are comfy. They could use more pillows and linens for living area pull out / futon beds. Overall relaxing stay.

Nice location, property, and neighbors

We had a great experience. North Caicos is a different experience than Provo and this was a good place to explore from.

Beautiful relaxing place

The two bedroom, two bath house was walking distance to a sandy white beach. The screen in porch had an ocean view and was spectacular for breakfast , dinners & puzzles in the evening.

Property was fine… would have preferred on the water. Only complaint is they advertise air conditioning …. The two bedrooms were, however the kitchen, dining and main sitting area was not. While I realize that’s not unusual for the islands they should not advertise as “air conditioned “. No shampoo or conditioner, They need instructions on how to operate the tv with five remotes

Magical Trip

North Caicos is a perfect spot for quiet and relaxation - the house is a quick 30 second walk from miles of empty beach and is set up in a way that 7 of us were happy and comfortable. We spent most of our indoor time on the porch (meals or if we needed to get out of the sun) and it was nice to be able to sleep in the air conditioned bedrooms. Whitby is a terrific location and we headed out from there in our two little cars all over both islands (North and Middle Caicos). Regine and her Assistant, Brenda, were great - so welcoming and helpful! We can’t wait to go back!

Paradise!!

We had a wonderful week, the property is well maintained, all our needs were met! My husband and I liked the layout of the house & it would of been fine w/ even another couple! Easy walk to an incredible beach all to yourself! We plan on returning for another wonderful week of R&R!

Property manager was excellent-helped make reservation for transport to/from the airport. Was there to meet us when the ferry arrived & showed us to the cottage. The cottage is lovely- roomier than the pictures indicate. Very well stocked cook & bakeware in the kitchen, lots of towels & linens, plus washer & dryer and beach chairs & umbrella to take to the beach and even some beach toys. Only a 2 minute walk down the pathway to the beach. The beach is sandy with an easy slope into the water. Extremely private- would only rarely see another person on the beach. A perfect spot to get away & really relax. Be sure to stop at the grocery store in Provo on your way- very limited supplies available on the island. Would highly recommend this cottage!

Great place for 2 couples!

Wonderful roomy house. Big kitchen/dining/living room area. Kitchen well equipped. Screen porch was marvelous, We spent lots of time there. Could see ocean from it, wish bushes were trimmed a bit for better view. Beds very comfy, bedrooms and baths roomy. Ceiling fans everywhere so very comfortable in February. Quiet A/C units in bedrooms worked great. Beach only a few steps from house. Regine was very helpful & when cistern pump went out on a Sunday morn, she got a repair guy there to put a new one in while we were enjoying beach on Middle Caicos.

Perfect base for family beach holiday

Excellent house for family of five persons. Good kitchen, big living room, washing machine and so on. 50 meter walk to an excellent beach. Everything you need!

Peaceful getaway

This is the perfect place to experience a tropical beach without the tourists, but with all the comforts of home. White sand and turquoise waters. Nights looking for shooting stars while sipping rum punches on the beach. This is what island living used to be. Where the pace of life slows down and you can recharge your batteries. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Rent a car and visit Banbarra beach and Mudjin harbor, two stunning beaches.

Spent a girls' getaway here. Fabulous! Even had chilled wine waiting for us. Has everything you need and just a couple steps to the beach. Peaceful and serene and the bed was really comfy. Plan on returning soon!

Favorite spot in North Caicos

We had a wonderful peaceful weekend at this cottage back in July. Steps from the beautiful beach we just went back and forth all day relaxing, swimming, and only stopping to come up for a bite to eat. Everything you need to cook at home or go down the road for a bite to eat.....for a girls trip, family trip, or quiet couples week/weekend. Can't beat sunsets where more than likely you/ your group will be the only ones on the beach!

HEAVEN ON EARTH

My stay here was exactly what I was looking for. I had a permanent smile on my face from the moment I arrived. Just being surrounded by the beauty of mother nature, this hidden gem is made me feel at peace. If you need or want an escape this is truly the place! The cottage is fully equipped with all the essential necessities. The serene mornings is an idyllic way to begin your day. The cottage has a screened in porch which allows you to enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening watching the glorious sunsets. The cottage is just steps away from the beach, where you can lounge in the water, take long walks or just relax. If you feel like spending the day exploring, the cottage is just a short drive to Middle Caicos. Pack a lunch and indulge in the beauty of Mudjin Harbor, explore the caves, plantations, and much more. I would highly recommended this cottage as a getaway for anyone looking to reconnect with themselves, family and friends.

PERFECT GETAWAY

Loved my stay here in North Caicos, steps away from a marvelous beach which we had to ourselves amost all of our time at the cottage. Perfect for relaxing, swiming in the ocean or taking long walks early in the morning or at sunset. Ideal location for exploring North Caicos or taking a drive along the causeway to Middle Caicos.. The cottage has everything you will need to ensure a wonderful trip away from it all.
