Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Nice Getaway

The decor is so pretty. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We loved the location and the beach was wonderful. Panhandle Getaways put very nice welcoming touches on their added amenities.

Perfect for us!

4 adults, 2 kids under 3 If you're looking for somewhere to stay that is nice, clean, and out of the busy-ness of Florida, this is it! I will be staying here again. No complaints! Only thing to mention- there is only 1 parking spot.

Incredible stay

Perfect get away spot! Couldn’t have enjoyed the place any more. Perfect location and very clean. Will definitely try and rent this spot again.

Thanksgiving Break

Beautiful place, but we couldn't access the beach our whole stay and had to walk to public beach access a few blocks down each time. The main reason for booking this condo was for direct beach access.

Beautiful, comfortable, with gorgeous updates!

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous renovated condo in beautiful Seagrove. The view is to die for. The beds were comfortable, the layout was very functional, and it had everything we needed. We’ll be back!

Great location and beautiful condo.

Location was terrific and loved the slowed down style of Eastern Lake area. The condo was decorated beautifully and supplied with plenty of bath towels, dishes and glassware. Sharper knives for cooking would be nice and a collander would complete kitchen needs. Overall really nice and a great vacation destination!

Fun at the Beach

Location great. Easy beach access. There is not a gate code as listed. It uses a key card. There are 3 of them in the wine glass on kitchen island. Downstairs bed was comfortable. The room was very bright at night from outside light. Wish it had blackout shade on window. We would stay again.

Nice condo. Good location. Need to have the dining room chairs fixed/replaced. One was in such bad shape we could not sit in it. Missing a remote for the bedroom tv. Disappointed they didn’t have HD tv since it was Masters weekend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was perfect for our needs. The only negative was we have a condo for 8 ( 2 families of 4) and only one parking spot. With not taking another guest’s spot or the service spots we parked in a smaller end spot with no marking. It didn’t say service or do not park. Well not sure if it was a worker for the condo or a contractor, but he was very rude about where we parked and threatened to have us towed. We did love the beach access and cleanliness of the condo.

Needs some TLC

The location and property are okay but with so many options of places to stay in Seagrove we won’t be back. The biggest issue was the AC didn’t work in master bedroom upstairs. Other issues were two burners that don’t work on the stove and a lack of items in the kitchen. I read this in previous reviews but thought it wouldn’t matter but it did. Guests need a pans to cook with and hot pads if cooking in the oven. We only ate breakfast at the property but it was challenging. Also there’s only one parking space which should be disclosed in the listing, this is also a challenge. Finally property management doesn’t enforce beach rules of no tents so prepare to be packed in at the beach if someone chooses to spread out with multiple tents. We paid for chairs and umbrellas but it was tight. Finally this unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, whew! Our unit #10x was deceiving! Loading and unloading was brutal. Overall the layout and decor of this rental is perfect and with just a little TLC this could be a 5 star place to stay.

Nice But A Bit Disappointing

Our stay was a bit disappointing compared to other years at Eastern Shores in different units. The refrigerator did not work and a smaller one was placed in the hall/doorway to kitchen because the one that wasn't working was still there. We were there Sunday thru Wednesday with a less than adequate refrigerator and had to use coolers too keep some of the food/beverages/ice. A new refrigerator was delivered Wednesday and we left Friday morning. The upstairs smoke detector went off the first night to the point we had to take it down. Maintenance came the next day and put it back up saying that it was a safety feature and would go off each night. It did again, we had to take it down. We didn't have enough towels, but more were delivered a few hours after calling. TV Remote in downstairs bedroom did not work due to gummed up buttons, new batteries did not help. Place was not well stocked - including having only 2 very small frying pans and no broom. Door to balcony was extremely difficult to open and close. Having only one key fob for the beach access was not ideal for a group. Place was nicely renovated and comfortable.

Nice view but a to be desired

Beautiful, unbeatable, view. Great access to the beach & it was not crowded. I had a maintenance issue on night 2 and he showed up within 15 minutes , made sure it was fixed & very professional. When I booked this, the property manager said to contact one chair service, which isn’t included. That place didn’t serve the condo anymore. When I called back the property manager was rude & said they didn’t know and can only call HOA for emergencies. When I asked to talk to a manager she never let me but put me on hold, came back with another chair company. That was also wrong, but the chair company graciously gave me the correct company which is 30A Shade for future reference. The big beds were horrible & lumpy but the bunk mattresses were good. The detergent they use on linens is high perfume & we couldn’t use. I had to wash them 3 times with now detergent and a scent free Pod I brought & still couldn’t use, therefore, we used the beach towels we brought as blankets and to cover the pillow. The pull out couch needs to replaced. Very limited kitchen extras but had basic coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, and blender that didn’t really blend. Plenty of dishes & cooking pans but not much for steak/food prep knives or containers to put left over food in.

Lovely Stay - But Only 1 Parking Spot

The overall stay at the condo itself would be a 5 star. We had a couple of ant issues, but since we have been to the beach a lot we know it can happen with food and such. Especially during the hot summer months. Biggest issue for us was parking. There are 20-22 units total and exactly 1 parking spot per unit. VBRO just states “parking” in the information. If you can fit 6-8 people in a condo, I feel like you should get more than 1 parking spot. There is absolutely no way to fit a 10 month old and 6 adults in 1 vehicle with luggage and such. There is additional parking about 2 miles away, but just really inconvenient for going out and such. As a family, we don’t “beach” all day everyday like some families. So it might not be a big issue for others. Now would that keep us from staying here again? Probably not. And after staying here we learned it’s that way in a lot of 30A area condos. Just want people staying with a group over 6 to be aware. Be prepared to park 1 vehicle and shuttle another. The best aspect was the actual walk from the condo to the water. It was maybe a 30-60 second walk from our 3rd floor condo to the beach chairs we rented. Closest I have ever been to the beach. The waters we amazing. Clearest I have ever seen. Wish I could attach a photo! Overall, we enjoyed our stay! I just didn’t see any previous comments about 1 parking spot and wasn’t made aware until I asked about parking. Feel like this should be stated somewhere within the description for people with large groups.

Property was clean, easy access to beach, lots of beach chairs, toys, etc to use. Great location - just far enough away from the crowds to relax, but close enough to be in the action in just a few minutes.

Condo needs a little attention. The maintenance man told us about a couple of the issues. We liked the overall condo. Would not hesitate to come back. The area is perfect.
