This is a lovely house, located on the north end of Sunriver. There's a private hot tub, 10 complimentary SHARC passes, and room for the whole family. The shops and restaurants of Sunriver are just three miles south, and Bend and Mt. Bachelor are both easy day trips away. There's even a shuttle to Mt. Bachelor for a small fee! Play a round of golf at one of the Many Public Golf Courses in the area, improve your swing on the tennis courts, or rent a mount from the stables and see the area on horseback.

There is a large great room graced by a beautiful fireplace, high vaulted ceilings, and a TV that offers both DVD capability and cable. WiFi is included. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, a blender, and everything else you'll need, in addition to a gas grill outside. Play music over the stereo as you enjoy a meal in the dining room, which seats eight with room for two more at the breakfast bar. It is the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of swimming at SHARC. You can also eat outside in the fresh air.

All bedrooms are equipped with their own TVs for ultimate convenience and flexibility. The home has a lovely large deck overlooking the landscaping of the high desert, where you can enjoy your own private hot tub. Modern essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
