This beautiful second floor townhome has everything you'll need to feel like a true Savannah local. This amazing home will meet the needs of 4 Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Start your day of exploration with a walk across Forsyth Park to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone. Afterwards, head to Monterey Square for some antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques, or a tour at the infamous Mercer-Williams House. Whether you're in town for a quick business trip, a romantic retreat, or a longer stay with family, the Delia Row Townhome is the perfect choice! For larger parties, consider adding one of our other 1 bedroom homes located in the same building!

This unit has free, on-street parking right outside the front door. Availability will depend on time of day and season. Our guests have not reported trouble parking near the home, even on the busiest of weekends.

Excellent location directly across from Forsyth Park

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several of the Delia Row properties and we have always been very pleased with the location, cleanliness and overall environment of our stay. This time in particular, we were very appreciative of the empathy of Lucky Savannah when we needed to stay an extra day due to an emergent situation. They were very helpful and we did not have to worry at all about where we were going to spend the night when we had other more important things to be worrying about. We have always experienced excellent customer service with this company but this went above and beyond. They have acquired a customer for life!

This is a perfect location for a couple’s Savannah getaway. We were able to walk the town easily. The view of Forsythe Park from the bedroom is beautiful. Parking is not reserved, but we had no issue finding a spot close to the condo.We will definitely try to book this property when we return to Savannah in the future.

Everything was clean and nice unfortunately though the kitchen was not well equipped with one older pan very few dishes no tongs in the tool drawer. The owner was very responsive when the air conditioning was not working properly and came and fixed it. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood location was fabulous.

Perfect rental in the perfect location

This property is everything you could possibly want when it comes to being near Forsyth Park and taking in the historic district. Light and bright with wonderful sized rooms and high ceilings modern conveniences no detail left out. If I had to get really picky about this particular rental, I would say the pollen buildup on the windows in the bay as well as the broken seals make it really difficult to get the best view possible of the park And the cracked tiles in the bathroom. Don't seem to be on par with the rest of the rental in terms of quality. Will definitely be back. This was an awesome experience and a perfect place.

Best place in Savannah ...!!!

This was a great location, fantastic neighborhood, clean accommodations, easy check in and out processes, close to so much, free off street parking, right across from beautiful Forsyth Park, wonderful farmers market on Saturdays during the summer...what more can I say other than we WILL be back!!

Nice historical features

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice apartment. Across from Forsythe Park so in a relatively quiet area. Lots of walking though, so be prepared. We walked 6.5 miles per day because of the location. A few recommendations for the manager though.... Label the apartment as B (not 2) as this was confusing upon arrival. Check out directions included to take trash to outside containers (there were none that we could find). The Tvs are both ROKU and the bedroom one was in demo mode (and no remote to change it out of that mode). Only option was to watch DVDs that were in the home. Turned out ok though, because we watched multiple movies that took place in Savannah. Beautiful city and is definitely walkable but our next visit, we would probably stay closer to the centre of everything.

It was just what we needed.The only thing I saw was that the area rugs need to be picked up and vacuum under them. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the park and morning walks to the coffee shops near by. All on all it was a great stay.

Great Location for Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a kids free weekend. It was a great location, loved being able to walk to coffee or brunch in the park.

Great location

The property was clean and the instructions were clear. We met the owner who helped us with the new lock. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and the park was beautiful.

I have JUST finished 6 long months of chemo, and this trip was my reward. :) The location is perfect-Forsyth Park is basically your front yard. The people watching front the bedroom window ALONE is fun.There was a festival going on there Sunday night until close to midnight, so be aware you may get kept awake by the live bands if one is going on while you’re there. It was kinda cool, but loud, lol....but not as loud as the renovations going on directly above us, starting around 6am on a Sunday. It was awful, and SO LOUD. It sounded like a herd of elephants were above us.....but I messaged the rental team, and they must’ve called them, because it stopped almost immediately. We were still wide awake at that point, with no hope of sleeping in, but it finally ceased.The rental team responds quickly to your texts, 24/7, which is amazing. The location is so close to restaurants, shops, an organic grocery store for staples, and the PARK IS RIGHT THERE. ♥️ Overall it was a great trip, slightly loud, but amazing all the same.

Forsythe Park Gem of a Location

This was exactly what I had imagined for my stay in Savannah. The pictures were totally accurate and I was pleasantly surprised by that. I loved the Forsythe. Park location. Its also a convenient trolley stop! The only downside was a musty smell when first entering the building. Other than that, it was perfect.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I were celebrating our 38 wedding anniversary. The first night the AC went out and it was 79 degrees in the apartment when we got up at 630am. I called the the agency to let them know first thing early. Reception said maintenance crew would be in at 9am and they didn't have any other appointments so they would be out first thing. It was after 3 before they came, by then it was 92 degrees outside with 87% humidity.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Forsyth Park

We can't say enough about this place. It's spacious, well-maintained and clean. The only downside (and it won't be for everyone) is Whitaker St., which the bedroom fronts to. The traffic can be noisy and move rather quickly. Otherwise, it was the perfect place for our short, first-time sojourn to Savannah. 5-star and highly recommend.

Nice Property

Lots of positives - clean, spacious, right on park, management company responsive, good bedding, etc. One negative is shower. Pressure is very low. Property is 5 other than shower.

Spacious Apartment in the Perfect Location

We enjoyed our 3 night stay over in this property. We arrived early and were invited to check in once the unit was ready. The location is perfect for visiting the historic district including all the squares and churches! Located right on Forsyth Park many restaurants were within easy walking distance and on street parking was not difficult to find. Easy checking/out with coded locks.
