Enter on the first level and chill out in the game room with shuffleboard, TV and full-size refrigerator. The game room also features a pull out sofa and pub table. The laundry area and a full bath are also on the first floor. Step out onto the shaded deck to enjoy lunch before stepping down into the pool and hot tub area for some fun in the sun. The second level has four bedrooms. A king master and queen master both have TVs and sliders onto the shaded deck on the ocean side of the house. Across the hall are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a pyramid bed, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Both have access to shaded decks as well. Upstairs is another king master suite with TV featuring a shower stall in the master bathroom. The spacious open living, dining, and kitchen area boasts beautiful ocean views and a gas fireplace to keep you cozy through those cool nights. Step out onto the sundeck to watch the sunrise or count the stars by night. When you’re ready to get some sand between your toes, the community path to the beach is right across the street. The beach is about a 2 minute walk away. The ground level patio area with picnic table and charcoal grill is a great place to grab lunch before heading back to the beach. The outdoor shower features hot and cold water. A fish cleaning table is located on the other side of the house.
