I never did hear a complaint from The guest it is a condo not a private home and you are next to other persons there are concrete block between units I have beer heard a TV from another unit. You do hear doors when people have windows open since they do slam. This is a resort with kids so if your not a family froendly person as this one is not maybe it’s not for you don’t think the environment deserves a two star review but this is how it is these days with guests. But again you come to a family friend resort and expect no kids that is not realistic and certainly not to give me a two star review for things not in my control. Not very nice

It is listed in two locations on the listing sorry you did not read that but again it is stated you can use doc fords and it is close in walking distance to much better places outside the gates of south seas and less expensive as well

Ok this is the WORST guest I have ever had I offered her a full refund when she called me and responded immediately my place is NOT under construction some other places are but not mine. She then stated no she did not want a refund then a few minutes later calls me back and says she wants a refund I refunded what I received from her stay then she proceeds to stay the entire time without paying EVERYONE needs to watch out this person is a scammer she makes stuff up says she wants a refund then stays in the unit I called the Lee County sheriff and they stated they did not have time and would deal with it in a few days and I had to make a formal complaint in writing and file a report NOT WORTH IT!!! so I just took the loss VRBO was no help either

I have changed cleaning companies and the person who looks after my units on captiva the refrigerator had some rust on it yes and I agree but it works just fine needs a new exterior panel. but again clean and works fine. the listing does not say it is two floors says it is on floor number two the guest misread that fact all one bedrooms are one floor only the top two floors are the only ones that are two floors

really no room for double sinks and the doors are 6 panel I guess it is more of a decor issue than anything else with the sinks and colors and bedspread. the metal sliders are old and are being replaced this year when we are allowed to do renovations by the association only really a few weeks a year are we allowed to do a major item that may cause noise. Now as far as napkins I do not provide those all paper and soap products are paid as part of a linen and cleaning package. I have never had the request for napkins I am sure most bring their own if they like to use those instead of paper towels. all furniture and carpets were wet due to the fact the last guest complained they were dirty so they were immediately steam cleaned so it gets wet. we do this about every 3 months or when needed so it takes a day to dry and if it is needed we have determined better to do it and have the guest complain it is wet and not dirty My husband was the one that replaced the chairs in the unit he was there to do that for you.

sorry but guests need to read their emails for the detailed maps and arrival code I cannot make the guests read the emails I responded when they called but also the address is south seas resort there are not individual addresses since they do not have mail delivery. The dishwasher was not broken they just were not closing the door properly had maintenance check and also no issues with icemaker maybe they did not have the arm down we have to empty all ice prior to new guests arrival this is a health code issue I have never had complaints on the towels or linens so not sure what to say about it
