This is a great location. Its on the second floor, still high enough to have an amazing ocean view over the new dunes. Some parts of the unit have been updated, but some are definitely older and more updates would be great.

Not sure what updates more to do since new flooring is in brand new couch and TV's three weeks ago a brand new glass shower door new bedding and brame and also newer night stands and lights new paint new in ceiling lighting new microwave granite counters New dining table and chairs and new coffee and end tables so again not sure what is "old" but glad you enjoyed I have had to raise pricing to reflect updates that eveyone always states is needed I would have preferred to keep rates low and not update as much but I did all the updates I guess people always want more maybe I will do a shower not a tub and raise pricing another 20% that may be a good idea but not much more to update

There is a large water park across the street from the building. Lots of families with kids of all ages so it’s loud when they leave their units and come back. Door slamming and loud voices. Also the walls of the unit are thin and you can hear the TVs in the units next to you. Don’t plan on sleeping on the pull out sleeper!

I never did hear a complaint from The guest it is a condo not a private home and you are next to other persons there are concrete block between units I have beer heard a TV from another unit. You do hear doors when people have windows open since they do slam. This is a resort with kids so if your not a family froendly person as this one is not maybe it’s not for you don’t think the environment deserves a two star review but this is how it is these days with guests. But again you come to a family friend resort and expect no kids that is not realistic and certainly not to give me a two star review for things not in my control. Not very nice

This condo was totally represented on VRBO and its reviews. Upon entering the condo, I was overwhelmed by the moldy smell and immediately opened the doors to air it out. The bedroom window did not open and caused respiratory coughing. The A/C vents were coated in dust as was the filter on the unit in the closet. I found a small fan, also coated in dust, and tried airing the place out during my stay. The TV didn't work and the owner responded after her piloting absence & sent someone over after a day, in which the filter was replaced and got the TV working. I reported that the whole place needed an in depth cleaning of vents & woodwork, every surface had a sticky feeling, nothing was addressed. I did find a vacuum cleaner which was also sticky and I vacuumed the vents and some of the wood work. I was so disappointed that the South Sea Resort had this disgusting condo availableon their property and couldn't wait to leave.

Can't play golf, use the tram, or buy food/beverages at the resort

This is a nice location, but because it was a VRBO situation we were not allowed to use most of the resort or buy food/beverages on-site. This should have been in the description.

The location of this property is excellent, a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The pools and view were amazing, definitely the highlight of our stay.Unfortunately, the unit needs a deep clean. The floors were very dirty, our feet and socks were black within minutes. Several kitchen items were missing or unusable (no burger or egg spatula, no pizza cutter, rusty can openers, no oven mitt). Some beach equipment also needs replacing, and higher quality beach and bath towels would help. The bed was very creaky, and the entry instructions were confusing, with conflicting directions and multiple door codes listed. It was also concerning that the door code was provided at booking rather than closer to check in or rotated between guests. The owner responds quickly, though communication can feel brief and somewhat dismissive.Overall, the location is fantastic, but the property needs significant attention to cleanliness and guest experience. If you don’t plan to spend much time in the condo or use the kitchen, it could still work!

DO NOT STAY HERE PLACE IS A HAZARD AND SO IS THE HOST

The place is under construction. Debree, porta potties, refridge in the parking lot, dumpster trucks, danger signs on doors etc. We were the only ones renting in the building. It was clearly under construction. NOTHING in the summary was noted except that the elevator wasnt working. Contacted host, completely unreasonable, misrepresented the property. Neglected to disclose residence was under construction and renovation.

Ok this is the WORST guest I have ever had I offered her a full refund when she called me and responded immediately my place is NOT under construction some other places are but not mine. She then stated no she did not want a refund then a few minutes later calls me back and says she wants a refund I refunded what I received from her stay then she proceeds to stay the entire time without paying EVERYONE needs to watch out this person is a scammer she makes stuff up says she wants a refund then stays in the unit I called the Lee County sheriff and they stated they did not have time and would deal with it in a few days and I had to make a formal complaint in writing and file a report NOT WORTH IT!!! so I just took the loss VRBO was no help either

I have been coming to South Seas since my 18th Brithday. I am not going to mention how long ago that was but suffice to say that was a long time ago and I still love it!!!!

We have 9 total units in South Seas that we rent. We absolutely love this beach. The shelling is amazing. There is usually a very nice breeze and we love to sit on the screened in patio and watch the sun set. There is nothing like sitting and watching the sun set.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We love to vacation here it is very relaxing and has great sunsets.

• 15 magnificent miles of white sandy beaches and a treasure
chest of shells
• 74.4° annual average air temperature
• 77.5° annual average water temperature
• 7 days a week of trophy fishing
• 20+ miles of tropical bike paths
• 300 species of birds, 50 species of reptiles and amphibians,
and more than 30 types of mammals live here

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

access to beach chairs and beach towels this unit of mine is in an elevator building

I also have beach umbrellas but I do not guarantee a guest has not broken them since so many get broken without anyone letting me know. I do replace them every time I am there and check them for damages but again I do not guarantee them for your stay unless I have been there prior
