This impeccably maintained home on the boardwalk just steps to the beach, is perfect for friends and family who want to enjoy a getaway to Rosemary Beach in grand style. The overall comfortable casualness of this home features expansive living space to include dining, kitchen, and two separate seating areas, all flowing out to the wrap around balconies and view of the ocean. AS A REMINDER DUE TO THE MULIT LEVEL DESIGN AND STONE STAIRWAYS ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN ALLOWED UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE ARE PERMITTED.
No expense was spared when designing this home. The culinary style chefs kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meal. Should you choose to grill there is a gas Weber located on the side balcony off the kitchen. Additionally this home features custom cabinets and Thermador, Bosh, and Fisher Pikel appliances including two dishwashers. The floors are all natural stone and the countertops are a beautiful Tuscan style white marble. This living area includes a 55" Smart TV, to enjoy your favorite movie.
Entering the home from the lush courtyard, you will notice the unique design. The expansive first level with steps leading to one of the two private master bedrooms can also accommodate a separate getaway area for those wanting a bit of quiet time. This multi level design features two king master suites with adjoining bath and a secluded loft style bunk area accessible via a separate set of steps therefore no door is required, that sleeps three with adjoining bath and walk in shower. All bedrooms have TV's and spacious closet space. A larger laundry room with sink is also featured on this level.This space opens onto another beautiful courtyard and large seating area.
A real plus on the south side is the two car parking garage. The third floor level is not included in the rental.

This property is perfectly situated between Main St and the beach. Just steps to either. Easy beach access, step out of the back gate and you’re right there. Great property and very well managed.

Moms’ Vacation

Thank you for providing this gorgeous house for our beach vacation. We enjoyed the beautiful architecture and decor with all the amenities- beach towels, washing machine/dryer, comfortable beds, and lovely furniture, artwork, and kitchen! We absolutely enjoyed our time at the property…it was BEYOND accommodating! We loved the layout and how all of the furnishings are so well appointed. Such a luxe and sophisticated vibe that’s definitely high on my list whn searching for travel accommodations . We also were really pleased with the location being only steps away from the beach! We will definitely consider this property again upon our return to Rosemary.

Beautiful property!

We visit Rosemary quite often, and this has been my favorite house we’ve stayed in. Absolutely stunning and so close to everything. Plus the property manager was amazing at communication!

Wonderful location with Italian Villa feel

This home provided the perfect location for our family getaway. The property is beautiful, executive chef kitchen with full amenities, open seating areas with seating on balcony to feel the ocean breeze. Would definitely consider staying at property again both for summer and winter getaway.

Beautiful home

We loved our stay at this house. It is beautiful, well-equipped and steps from the beach. I love that the living area and kitchen are on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms are on the bottom. We would stay here again.

Gorgeous Beach Stay

This property was absolutely stunning…everything you could possibly need. Perfect beach location, so many perks to this property. There are ALOT of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but something to be aware of, Definitely would visit again. Everything was walkable…didn’t really even need bikes. Beach was just lovely

Excellent Home, Perfect Location, Top of the Line Accommodations

Perfect place a block from the beach and the Pearl. Top of the line everything. Plenty of room for the adults and the teen bunk room with full bath worked out great. Will come again.

Perfection

Second time we stayed at the hoe and everything is just perfect. Owners and management company both do an impeccable job and the home is the best we have stayed in in Rosemary and we have been to the area 8 times. The family favorite is the amazing artwork throughout the home.
