Dependance Topazio is a pretty holiday home in the beachfront villa,
to Punta Prosciutto. Located in the garden with the other solutions of
holiday homes, the dependance Topazio is for rent, completely
independent and autonomous. It is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine,
system of video surveillance, iron and ironing board, alarm system,
mosquito nets on doors and windows. Sleeps up to 5 people.

The living room, bright and cosy, goes with the rest of the house where there are 1 double bedroom, in which there is a folding single bed to use if necessary, and the 1 shower bathroom.

The holiday home dependance Topazio is in the property and in the garden of Villa del Conte, right next to the beach of Punta Prosciutto, one of the most renowned for the beauty of the sea, on the coast of Porto Cesareo, shortly after Torre Lapillo. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen is on request at euro 15 per person per week (linen and towels).
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
