The Space:

• Iron & ironing board!
• 1 x travel cot with a mattress (we are unable to provide linen for the cot)
• Towels included - 1 bath towel per person, 1 hand towel per person, 1 floor mat per bathroom with shower or bath, 1 tea towel for the kitchen.

Guests can enjoy access to the whole property

The Neighborhood:
• Hart Street Tavern on Hart Street
• The Row Barge (closest pub) in West Street does a great roast.
• The closest local supermarket is Waitrose on Bell Street, there's also a very good butcher/fish monger in the square.
• The nearest train station is at Henley-on-Thames. Branch line that links the towns of Henley and Twyford.

Getting Around:
Although there is no parking at the property there are car parks available within walking distance at:
• Kings Road Car Park
• Greys Road Car Park
• Car Parks are free overnight, and Waitrose Car Park is free overnight as well.

Other Things to Note:
One medium well behaved dog is very welcome.
Please note, there is an additional fee of £45.00 per dog, per week or short break, and longer stays by negotiation, if you do need to bring more than one dog, please talk to us, we will always try and be flexible. You need to let us know in advance if you will be bringing your dog with you.

​​​​​​​Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £300 is required before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.

Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date.

Any stays booked during dates of The Royal Henley Regatta within a 10-mile radius of Henley-On-Thames are not eligible for refunds of any kind. If any refunds are given it is at the full discretion of Hosting Holidays/Hosting Homes.
