Located on a residential street in the centre of Henley-on-Thames.

• The nearest paid parking is Henley Rugby Club
• Free parking can be found on local streets further out of town.
• The nearest supermarket is Waitrose located on Bell Street 3-5 min walk.
Getting Around:
• 1 parking space at the property, we provide a permit for this.
• There are also several car parks available within easy walking distance (most car parks
including Waitrose are free of charge overnight).
• Our favorite restaurant & bar in the area is Hart Street Tavern on Hart Street.
• The closet local supermarket is Sainsburys local on Bell Street, there are some fabulous
local food shops including the Henley Larder on Bell St.
• The closest train station is on Station Road - Henley-On-Thames.
Other Things to Note:
The property is located on a road, and while there is no fast moving traffic in the town centre and Henley is a quiet town, daytime street/road noise may be occasionally heard from inside the property.
The stairs might be slightly narrower than you are used to as this is a Grade 2 listed English cottage.
All bedding provided at the apartment is hypoallergenic
Please note, you are welcome to use the wood burner or open fire during your stay with us in the colder months from October to March, please ensure that if you are using the fire you follow the safety instructions, please do not attempt to cook on these fires they are mainly for decorative purposes, as our properties have central heating, and never leave children unattended when the fire is lit.
We don't provide logs, kindling or fire lighters, but you are welcome to bring your own, Sainsbury's in Marlow carry a stock of logs and in Henley Waitrose or Toad Hall Garden Centre have stock in the colder months.
Please note, a refundable cautionary deposit of £500 is required before your stay starts. If you have booked via Airbnb, you will not be asked to pay a damage deposit.
Please note if you have booked via Hosting Holidays, 50% of your payment will be taken upfront, the other 50% will be collected 5 days before your check in date.
Any stays booked during dates of The Royal Henley Regatta within a 10-mile radius of Henley-On-Thames are not eligible for refunds of any kind. If any refunds are given it is at the full discretion of Hosting Homes.
