The NoMad La Latina VI apartment is a modern 93 m2 three-bedroom apartment that can comfortably sleep seven. The main bedroom has a double bed; another bedroom has two single beds; and the remaining bedroom has a single bed. There are hard-wearing porcelains floors throughout and air conditioning in every room.
There are two bathrooms, both with built-in showers and clad with colourful cement tiles to give them a classic air that sets off the modern touches. In the living-dining room there is a table that seats six and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you’ll need for a perfect stay (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and glass-ceramic hob).
This great apartment has use of the communal roof terrace on the top floor..all guests are welcome to use it...The apartment is located within an area called CENTRAL MADRID, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the DGT (Department of Motor Vehicles), otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC (licensed car with private driver).
