The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and steamer. Additionally, there is a shower/bidet/WC on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with a bath/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath, and a flat-screen TV. There are also two more living/dining rooms with kitchen corners, a double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC and a flat-screen TV, and another double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC, hydro massage bath, and a flat-screen TV. This level also features a living room that leads to the garden and a bathroom.
