This elegant 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom apartment is located in the exclusive Chamberi area and has been completely refurbished and decorated with quality furnishings.

Upon entering the apartment we directly find the kitchen, very spacious and partially open to the living room. It is fully equipped with everything you need, and also has an island with two stools. From the kitchen we can access the living room, which is divided into two areas, one for the living room and the other for the dining room. This room is very bright as it has 2 balconies that overlook the main façade of the building on Eguilaz Street.

The living room has a 130 x 190 cm sofa-bed, side table and TV, and the dining area has a table and chairs with capacity for 6 people.

Returning to the kitchen, we find a corridor, where on the left is the first full bathroom with shower and on the right the first bedroom. This has a single trundle bed of 0.90 x 190 cm, which another single bed below. In addition, the bedroom has a large wardrobe and a window that overlooks an interior patio, providing a lot of light.

At the end of the same corridor we find the master bedroom, with a full en-suite bathroom with shower and a 160 x 190 cm double bed. This bedroom also has a large closet and a desk with chair.

The area of ​​the apartment is perfect for moving around the city, as it has a metro stop just a step away.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
