It is a handy and functional 45 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the first floor and the building does not have an elevator.

The apartment consists of 1 spacious bedroom with natural light, with a double bed, air conditioning, heating, TV, 1 modern and spacious bathroom, equipped with towels and personal hygiene products. In addition a sofa bed for two people in the living room and an additional sofa.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, crockery and other usual utensils; in the bathroom you will find shower gel and hairdryer; and in the accommodation bed linen, towels, iron and everything you need so you do not have to worry about anything; it also has a dining area. All the comfort to feel at home.

20€ cash charge for LATE CHECK-IN after 12AM.

Check out time is 11AM.
In case of need we offer a luggage storage service in our office, the cost of the service is 3€ per piece per day and it is at your disposal during office opening hours.
